      **** Madura helped me design my basement plan and it was well thought out and executed. The quality of the work was exceptional, and it came right on budget. This was a complex project that was a design of over ***** sq ft - 3 bedrooms 1 & 1/2 bathrooms, fitness room, game area, and full bar / kitchen.

      **** is a great communicator and pleasure to work with. High-end basement remodel began in July 2024 and finished 1st week of November 2024, took 4mo as promised. Added 1250sf and **** kept us informed along the way, provided color/material samples of flooring, carpet, LVP, countertops and bathroom tiles. Highly recommend!

      Can't recommend Rich highly enough. We hired him to finish out basement. bathroom, bedroom, living area. We were very novice in our knowledge of the process and **** was very helpful throughout every step. He walked us through the space. **** us suggestions when we asked, but also made it work when we wanted something done a certain way. He was responsive to every question we had. He made sure all of his people got the work done efficiently and, most importantly, stayed out of the way as I work from home. From a cost perspective, he made the *********** within our overall budget. He broke down what costs what, when and how much each payment would be, and there were zero additional costs at the end. The project did take a longer than expected, but **** kept us informed on what and why things would take a bit longer.

      I've now used Madura Development group for two different projects. The end product in both cases was exactly what was expected and delivered. I have been very pleased with the level of finish as well. (Carpet, ************.)Price was very fair and competitive based on other quotes that I received. At the end of every project there are always "button up" items that need to be addressed and can be a real pain in the neck. I had zero issues with **** and team on any of those items.Overall, **** has very good subcontractors that do an excellent job and are respectful of your home and living space. I've had projects in the past where this was not the case. At the end of the day, I can say that I'm comfortable giving Madura Development group 5-stars!

      I read the complaint on Madura Development Group. I understand the customers feelings about the project taking longer than anticipated. My project also took way longer than expected. With that being said, I also understand what is going on with the supply chain. The supply chain is something that is beyond Rich Madura's control. Also Rich only hires the best and at the time of our renovations, the horrendous fires north of ****** put a strain on available and competent subcontractors, adding to the delay.We also have had issued with a barn door that needed replacing and a bottom drawer in my bar cabinet that kept falling off the tract and a few other small issues all of which was corrected by Rich to our satisfaction.Rich Madura was more than fair with **. The work he provided was exceptional and his pricing was on point..Rich Madura went above and beyond anything any other contractor we have dealt with in our lifetime. He richly deserves the BBB A+ rating.I do not know the customer who gave this man a bad review. I understand her frustration when things do not go as planned but some issues are beyond your contractors control. That needs to be understood. What I do not understand is her experience with **** not wanting to correct and make it all right for her. He did an exceptional job on our basement and we highly recommend his services. You will not be disappointed with the outcome. In fact, you will be amazed!

      **** and his crew did a fantastic job finishing our basement. **** listened to our wants and can back with a vision that we hadn't even considered. **** is a talented designer and my wife and I highly recommend Madura Development.

      **** provided the best design of the three quotes that I received. His pricing was right there with the others, and he was providing much more. 16" spaced studs in the wall; others proposed 24" inch spacing. Thicker granite. Better lighting. Scope was much more inclusive. His subcontractors are very respectable and do great professional work. Loved ***, his Superintendent. I've been in construction for 38 years, and I'd recommend Rich to anyone. We're so happy with our ***** sf basement!

      Rich with Madura Development is the best! He met with us and had his quote ready for us to review. We had just bought a new home that needed a few upgrades consisting of installing wood flooring, replacing sinks, toilets and a tub and deck work. The tub was a challenge but **** came up with a way to make it work and it turned out beautifully. The best quality that Rich has is integrity, a quality that is priceless. He is very caring and gets a "job well done" from me.
