On 11/11/2023, It took my car into Midas for an oil change and tire rotation. I spent $238.91, which wasn't the issue. I didn't drive my car until 11/14/2023 and drove it to ****** for school, I heard an awful noise but couldn't figure out what it was. I realized that there was something in my wheel well that looked like a wrench, I then noticed it had carved a deep ring around the inside of my rim. I took it back into Midas and within 45 minutes they called and said "We found the problem, everything is fixed, one of my guys decided they didn't want to keep their pry tool and accidentally left it in your car" So I brought up the deep ring that the tool caused and he said "It doesn't hurt the integrity of your car, but if you want to do something about it I can talk to my owners". I went to pick it up and he tried to rush me out and I said "so what can we do about this?" and he said "Do about what?" I proceeded to bring up the deep ring that was not there before my oil change and he said "Oh just don't worry about it, no one will ever notice it" and rushed me out the door.Initial Complaint

I had an oil change service done at this facility. After five days, the oil filter loosened up, and six quarts of oil discharged on the street, up my driveway and in my garage. The Office Manager told me on a couple occassions, they would reimburse me for the chemicals I needed to buy to clean up the oil spilled on my driveway. I provided him the two receipts for a total of $37.88 which he told me 'he would reimburse me as soon as he had cash in his cash drawer. Four days later, he is still giving me the same excuse -- that he has no cash in his cash drawer.Business response
