Business ProfileforArcanum a Medical Spa

I went to arcanum for a treatment. I was charged $1600 and I was told this treatment would work. I was getting treatments but it was not working. I would ask if it works. I was told after 2 or 3 times you will notice a difference.I was given mumbled answers.Unclear answers. I would ask over and over does this work. I would say you told me this would work and it isnt working. I was told to pay for treatments and come to the end of treatments. I paid for the treatments and it did not work. I complained again. Now a ******* calls me to tell me it doesnt always work but I could pay another $500 for a different treatment. This was the first I heard of this. I never would have paid them $$1600 if I had been aware that this may not work.I have emailed them several times about this. They do not respond in emails or a telephone call.I want my money refunded. I have also requested that they give me any paperwork that I signed with them.I have also requested a medical liscense number as I am unable to find them on ****.I have several names for them Arcanum, Arcanums, Arcanum spa on ********* Metamorphosis **************** Metamorphosis wellness and beauty center LLC. *********************** appears owner on Secretary State page.I was given a prescription from them which was sent to Walgreens.i tred to log into my account but I havent been able to get into my account.I am sending emails to you and copy of the voice mail from ******* I do have cancelled checks and payment on a debit card. I want my money back.I am going to fax documents
