I purchased a Sierra Designs rain jacket in March 2015 that came with at least a 10-year warranty. The jacket was hardly worn (especially during the pandemic) yet the inside waterproofing tape over the seams is falling off. I tried calling the company on 28 Nov. 2022 and was cut off after ~ half hour on hold, and then submitted a request for warranty assistance through the Sierra Designs website. I got a response on 3 Dec. from Savannah ** that did not address the problem--see below. I tried again to get a resolution via email and their survey and still have not gotten a reply, almost 1 month later.
