      Submitted a support ticket on 03Feb25 due to my daily statistics not populating on the app. Finally got a reply on 13May25. Next steps were to give the date, time and lift name on the missing days. If you expect a quick turnaround, think again. Classic Vail Resorts!

      They offer a "pass coverage" if you are injured and unable to use your pass. I got hurt less than a week before the cutoff date to buy a pass. I paid for it, hoping to be out. I have provided 3+ doctor referrals saying I have continued treatment. I never went out on the hill once. Might not again. I worked for **** more than 10 years they ****. Steal 1 thousand $ i desperately need so their ceo gets 10 million bonus. Thanks ***** world. There's no more accountability, who cares about contracts, the law doesn't matter. *****. Take advantage of the poor. I world have rolled over credit or thought about a pass next year. They'd rather pickpocket a dollar today and lose 10x as much in the future? It's so falsely advertised and short sighted. Fking corporate bs. No care or comprehension the immediate damage to the customer, nor long term to the ********************

      I bought my son and I an Epic Pass for Christmas. The day before Christmas I decided it was not a good idea because of current medical issues within our family we would not be able to use the pass as much as we would have liked to. I called **** and they gave me another number to call, which turned out to be ********. Apparently my reason was not good enough for them. Since when does the consumer not have the right to change their mind and cancel a purchase FOR ANY REASON? With Vail you have to jump through hoops to get a refund, like having paperwork filled out from a doctor. We never got to use our tickets or got a refund so it was a complete loss.

      Vail Resorts refused to honor their Epic Pass refund policy. I submitted a refund under Student Transfer per policy, which means moving to a place where there are no partnered resorts within 100mi. A transcript was also submitted. However, my return request was denied because the claims management team stated time limitation where I must submit a claim within 30 days of an event. I submitted the claim on 1/28/25 and transferred 1/6/25, which is well within the 30 days asserted. Sent them an email to appeal the decision and was ignored. I submitted a dispute with *********** and they responded with proof of payment authorization, which does not even address the refund. This company is known to scam their customers and its disgusting.

      I'm writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to ********* Mountain. 75% of the runs closed and 50% of the lifts closed, but Vail charges you FULL PRICE for the experience, what a scam! The opened trails completely overcrowded, and the long wait and long lines at the base of the open lifts just made you want change sports, the experience was the worst I've ever had in 25 years skiing in the ***Lift lines were so long that average waiting time was 20 minutes, to just ski for only 5 minutes, in a terrain that was packed with fellow skiers, and dangerous overall, with no ski patrols in sight.We paid full price for not even half the service that you were suppose to give us. I cannot understand how come companies are allowed to charge you for something that they do not provide.

      After being on hold on the phone for ******************************************************************************************************* customer skills. We had accidentally bought our son 2 day lift tickets under my husband's name on the drop down menu in the family account (I guess, not sure why they ended up under the wrong name). Anyhow, despite the tickets not being used, and being within the same family, this Christmas present is now moot as they will "under no circumstances" transfer a ticket. Why does this make any sense? Why couldn't they transfer it within the same family? They already have the money. This seems to put pure profit above any sort of common decency or customer service.

      This is the most corrupt corporation or company I have ever worked for. They break EEOC and *** **** while touting their pride in diversity for the world. If you love someone don't let them work there. Myself having a disability was treated unfairly for months and nobody believes you or cares if you report it. Or even treat you like you're crazy Also I've seen them kick kids out of employee gousing in 3 days with nowhere to go. If they are lucky enough to live in their car, if they have a car.Rules broken internally all the time. Horrible management that really doesn't know how to take care of employees

      I stayed here and the first condo I was put in had visible water damage and my mold allergies went crazy. The second condo I was put in did not have curtains on the windows and the shower curtain fell on my head and caused me to have pain/migraine for days afterwards. I put in a complaint and no one seems to care!

      I had a job interview for a position with Vail Resorts in ************, and I simply asked about a housing stipend. They said no housing stipend was available, and almost immediately ended the interview simply because I asked about one.The overall trashiness that I experienced from the HR person was truly staggering, and I found it very unethical to eliminate my chances for the job simply because I asked about a housing stipend in a very expensive resort town.

      Absolutely the worst company out there. -5 stars for HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS ********************** IS A BUNCH OF CORPORATE CROOKS. Do yourself a favor and just go with a local mountain.
