      I purchased 2 pairs of Crocs on 11/25/22. Since that time, I have received no updates regarding my order. Per their website, it says my order has still not shipped. I have attempted to call them and have been on hold for over an hour only for their system to hang up. I tried emailing them and got no response. I purchased these shoes for my children for christmas and I have no idea whether this order is ever going to get processed or shipped. My order number is: 38126615CUS

      I placed an order for some Croc footwear. This shipping tracker indicates that a label was created on Nov 30, 2022 for the shipment. **** confirms that the label was created but product has yet to be received the **** to ship. Phone support is not accepting calls due to high call load. No product, no support! I want a refund or the product or a delivery date status. Sad to see a company like this falling apart. My preference is to get the product in a timely fashion or refund my money.

      I placed two orders ok Crocs.com (order#********CUS, order#********CUS) their website clearly stated 5-7 business days and it has been over 3 weeks and my order says still being processed on the website. I called several times and the phone line is busy finally got someone and they said it will be shipped by the end of last week. No order was shipped I also have an email of a manager stating I will be sure to receive my order by December 12 and no updates have been made so far. The BBB is the only way customers can get a answer. I would like to be assured we will get our crocs before we leave out of the country December 12. Please help us get answers from Crocs.com

      Ordered crocs on 11/24 and was told 3-5 day shipping. After numerous attempts on 12/1 I was able to finally get ahold of a customer service representative that said they were extremely overwhelmed with orders and that they would give me a percentage off my next purchase. Its now 12/6. Still havent been given an apology or updated shipping date. The charge is still pending on my account with no option to just cancel my order and now unable to get ahold of anyone from that company

      I placed an order for 4 pairs of crocs on 11/28/22.. order #********CUS I received an email telling me they accepted my order.. Then no follow up on shipping.. I was just notified by my bank, that they refunded me. So no email. No explanation. They just cancelled my order, my Christmas presents, with no word..

      I ordered 3 pairs on 11/18 for my family vacation trip in December, order number 03824350CCA. Today is December 6, and its still not been shipped yet. I contacted customer service twice in November and both times Ive been told my order would be shipped within 1 to 2 days.This is not acceptable and I am still expecting someone from Crocs giving me an honest answer.

      On 11/25/2022 I placed order number 38134919CUS in the amount of $107.87. On 12/2/2022 I received notification from After pay that my order was cancelled. I did not cancel my order. When I checked the status on Crocs website it says "Order is being prepared". I have tried to call Crocs customer service several times to find out what's going on and the call disconnects. Their chat feature is disabled. I also tried texting and sending a message through ********* No response. I have no idea how to get in touch with them to get an update.
