    We had Boulder Radon install two radon mitigation systems, on March 18, 2025 and May 14, 2025 at two different properties. The installations went well, and after the first was installed and the radon level was above 4.0 they did come out and remedy the situation. I did get a text of a handwritten receipt for the second job, but no warranty information. My complaint is that I still haven't received proper receipts and warranty information in writing after calling and texting the office 6 times.

    I have received receipts from Boulder Radon for the two systems they installed.  They were identical, (including the misspelling) even though the radon mitigation systems were different.  I let them know that one was not quite correct and have not heard anything from them since then.  This may be as much as I will get from them.
