    Said they never were returned but they were. Be very careful of return. You'll be out shoes a d money.

    I was hoping after surgery I could have comfortable slip-ons. I received mine just in time for my afternoon walk today. They rubbed my ankles so much that I bled through my socks and stained the shoes. They will not refund me for what I paid for them, and my credit card won't dispute them because of their strict return policy. Disappointed.

We recommend a few things in case there is heel rubbing, however, it looks like we fully refunded your order without needing to send the shoes back for the inconvenience cause. We issued that refund on March 22nd, so I would wait a couple more business days for the full amount to reach your account.     Hi there, the quality of my sandals were okay (the inner soles were slippery when wet though). My real issues are 1. when I ordered my sandals there was a glitch on their website so I got sent 2 pairs of the exact same thing at the same time and 2. When I tried to return the 2nd, unworn pair I followed the very long and unclear return policies, choosing one of the multiple options. This included me paying for s/h on my order, the 2nd order that I didn't order and the return for the 2nd order that I didn't order. **************** was incredibly dishonorable on how the issue was handled - saying I should have called when I submitted the return. The return order allegedly never made it to them and the **** has been unable to confirm this. Their ordering platform, excessively convoluted return policies and generally not valuing humans over corporations is why I won't be buying from them and will make sure that others don't do the same. Because doing the right thing and treating people with integrity matters more than your profits.

    Hi ********, thank you for reaching out. In regards to our sole, they are designed with our Feel True Rubber, and based off the sandals ordered, they have the more aggressive dual ******* tread. I'm so sorry to hear there were two orders placed for the same item, resulting in a duplicate order. It looks like you got in touch with our **************** team, as they were unable to see the return label associate with your duplicate order, and asked for the return tracking, so they can issue you that full refund. Since this isn't a normal return, we have an expedite process to issue your request in a quicker fashion, however, we would need the return tracking so see where the package is at in transit. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and confusion caused, and would love to take care of this right away for you, provided the tracking number for your parcel.
