    I purchased a watch from their website. It arrived and is too small. Ive been trying to initiate a return and I keep getting emails that seem to be remote emails and arent addressing the issue. The website says to return an item, the customer needs to request an authorization to return and to send an email. I did that and have since been sending and receiving the same emails apologizing for dissatisfaction but not offering a way to return the item or confirmation that it can be returned for a refund. I would like t return the item which is still in the wrapping and remains unused for a refund

    Company is a scam. They are shamelessly lying, cheating, and deceiving people. Website states California based brand but products are shipping from *****. Website states headquarters is in ******** this company is all over the place with their misleading information, they are fraudulent. Website states 60 day return policy if not satisfied with purchase but when contacted for a refund they won't do it. Website states for the refund 20 percent will be deducted from the amount paid but they are only wiling to give you 20 percent back. Quality of product is low, and feels like cheap costume jewelry. They are intentionally misleading people for profit. They have no intentions on doing what they claim. They are ripping people off of their hard earned money. Whoever owns this company along with all the other scammers in this world should be in prison, for intentionally lying to consumers. Nothing on their website is truth. Please do not buy anything from them.

    June 8, ordered a mens watch from Pascal Design, for $182.00, order number *******, received order June 17. Left several e mails and a voicemail with Pascal Design to return the item & get a full refund because it was smaller than expected, not what I wanted. Their website says I have 60 days to return the item. Theres no information on how to return the item, no response to my emails, finally received a response this morning with their suggestion of giving the watch to a friend instead. I declined their suggestion and demanded a refund theyre not responding to any e mails or voicemail.

    I ordered an engagement ring, didnt get an order confirmation. The charge went through my account, no way to have any information on my order or even log into my account. Tried to contact customer service numerous times with no answer.

    Order for a watch placed July 20th 2023 Order # ******. I sent a message as no tracking information had been received. I received an email 8/17/2023 stating that the item was out of stock and saying that they would replace with just a different color watch band as Silver was Out of Stock. I chose one of the replacement options Silver/Gold watch band. Sill waited a few weeks and no tracking information. Today I received another email that the replacement item was out of stock as well. There is no telephone number, just an email address that takes weeks to get a response from.

    I placed an order, and only received an acknowledgment. After waiting approximately two weeks, I emailed twice before I received a response. The individual who responded did not provide a shipping date, and told me thank you for my patience. I began to suspect fraud when I looked up the company address which is a residential street address in ********** **. (It could be that they operate out of their house, but Im unclear about that.) I then looked up the reviews from previous customers who warned that they also had negative experiences as wellie merchandise not shipped, broken items shipped, or no items shipped. Difficulty getting responses from the company or no responses at all. I reported the charges to my CC company and placed the charges into a dispute category. I believe the BBB needs to determine the legitimacy of this business, so other people dont get subjected to the same situation.
