    I regrettably ordered from this scam of a company 2-3 years ago at this point. They have never fulfilled my shipment. I have no idea when or if theyre even still planning to do so. Despite their refund form, which I have filled out TWICE, I have not received a single cent of my money back nor has anyone reached out to me. Which I find so funny since they were more than happy to communicate with me BEFORE I asked for my money back. This company refuses to respond to its many complaints and refund requests, and has turned off comments on their social platforms. There is essentially no way to reach them.

    As with everyone else, I ordered over 2 years ago and have never received my product. Ive emailed about a refund and not received any kind of response. Today they sent an email to everyone concerning the political situation-so theyre still out there and able to communicate with their customers. But they refuse to communicate anything or refund anything to the many thousands of us who ordered their product.

    Ordered a sunny cup 6/6/2022, its 9/6/2024 and have not received it yet. Put in a request to get a refund but nothing so far because the email for refund is an automated message and they have low staffing.

    They took my order years ago and I have not received my order. They are getting a lot of comments on their social media saying that no one has received an order. Not one person!!! They scammed thousands of people!

    I ordered their product on May 4, 2022. After multiple delays and set backs, they recently announced that they would be ceasing production and shipping while they handle "manufacturing" issues... however, they also claim to have already shipped "Batch 3," over 8 weeks ago, which should have included my order from MORE THAM TWO YEARS AGO. They do not reply to emails, messages, or comments, and I still have no product or product update. Hundreds and maybe thousands of other people are in the same boat as me. Sunny Period advertises a lot on social media - DO NOT TRUST SUNNY PERIOD, IT IS A SCAM.
