I went into this business to help me get rid of fat from my stomach area. Their company BOASTS results so I wanted to try it. I went in for my appointments as scheduled. I did everything I was told and then some to help with achieving results. I drank more than a gallon a day of water (1gallon is the goal) cut carbs and sugars out. Exercised twice a day. Massaged the area every time I used the restroom plus at each meal time and when I changed clothes. Its only required twice a day. Results have not been achieved at all. Their contract says that if any results are seen at all, you may not request a refund. In my chart it says no results. I requested a refund and was told no. They wanted to try some other things as well, so they did. Still no results. I just want my money back. I did my part and their company did not produce the promised results. I should have had at least a small change and instead I have no results whatsoever. I spoke with the manager and she said no. I asked to speak to corporate but was told its a small business and there is no corporate. The owner took multiple days to respond to me and responded with no and said there are multiple reasons it didnt work for me. I have done everything I was supposed to do so I can see no reason it didnt work for me other than the machines not actually doing what they say. I simply want a refund and to warn others about this company. Their customer service changes completely when you bring up the word refund.Business response

In response to the complaint we would like to first say we take each and every complaint seriously and want our clients happy and taken care of. Regarding this complaint our company went above and beyond to help the client. They did not take our recommendation from day one on our treatment plan. Due to finances she choose a different plan then we suggested and we made it very clear it was not the appropriate plan for her body type. On top of the client disregarding our recommendation we gave her a very large discount on 5/30/22 $700 discount on the original price and provided a contract stating clearly there would be no refund given. The client signed and agreed to the terms. Our website, and contracts clearly state we offer in house credit if no results are achieved after finishing the recommended treatment plan, this client did not do so. We kept very close eye and in contact with the client. We spoke over the phone on 4 different occasions and we were reassured the client would follow through. The client canceled and did not show up for her scheduled treatment multiple times throwing off the treatment plan. Canceled last minute 6/2/22, canceled 6/5/22, canceled 6/8/22. In addition we offered to upgrade her package at no cost to the client to help achieve her goals. She openly agreed then canceled 45 minutes before her appointment and then did not show for her additional treatments. We truly apologize for this situation. New You Brighton wants nothing more then our clients to get the best results. To address the emails we responded within 3 business days after she was notified we would need a few days to review everything. New You Brighton believes we helped and went above and beyond to try and fix this situation. Email contact we responded same day 6/2/22 and then the client responded 6/3/22 we then responded 6/5/22. We appreciate our clients feedback and take each experience to better as a small business.

This is absolutely incorrect. They are simply trying to cover their false claims for their services being amazing. They did not work and I absolutely did follow everything they said to do. I couldnt afford the larger package and told them that if I got results I would pay for the larger package but didnt want to spend the money on something I was not sure would work and thankfully I didnt spend more money because it didnt work and I would have lost even more.
In regards to canceled appointments, those were not canceled they were rescheduled. This place is a joke and the owner and manager are ridiculous when someone doesnt get results. Even one of the employees there couldnt believe they refused to refund me given my lack of results. This is not ok.
