      My nightmare began with Brighton Ford June 18th and it is now July 30th and I still do not have a running vehicle. I had my car towed to the dealership on 6/18 because it overheated. I received a text the next day telling me I needed new cooling fans for 1k. I authorized the work. Parts took forever to get so about 9 days later I was told I could pick up the car. Drove it for a few days, overheated again, so once again I had it towed back to them. I was told they had ordered a new relay to be installed. I didn't get the car for a week and picked it up and didn't even get the car home before it overheated. It was towed back to them again and they consulted ***** **** told them to install an AC pressure switch. To get a reply from ***** order the part and get installed was another 8 days. They drove the car and it overheated. Now the car sits and they don't know what to do to fix it. This is going on another week now and still no solution to fix the car. Just installing more parts the car didn't need. Tried calling the service manager several times and never did receive a call back. I didn't bring this car to a certified **** dealership with supposedly trained techs, to still be sitting ******* 1.5 months later and them being clueless in how to fix it. I just want my car fixed correctly with the actual parts it needs to run, not installing parts it didn't need almost like a guessing game. It would also be great if the service manager would do what he gets paid for.

      ************** mustang has been repaired at no charge.  We had to wait to hear back from **** engineering.  ***** has been communicating with **** and the technician trying to explain the repair with help from **** Motor Company.

      The car has been picked up today.

      Re vin: 1FTEWIEGOJFB52200 Customer brought 2018 F 150 under extended warranty to Brighton Ford due to noise in front left wheel assembly when hitting bump. They did not find problem, BUT identified transmission work that needed fixing under warranty. They had truck for 6 weeks. Returned truck with oil leaking from transmission or **** oil pan and they lost the skid plate and have not replaced to date. Complaint initiated with ***** case number is CXH-********-NOB2S2 Please advise. Contact: ***************** **********************

      I received a recall on my vehicle and was advised by **** to call Brighton Ford and coordinate the repair for a rear toe link joint. I spoke with the service department she advised drop off would be at 7:30am, pick up is by 5PM the same evening. I asked if they could coordinate so I can have my car sooner if she could make a note as I cannot be without my car all day, or provide a loaner. She advised they don't offer loaners for 2015 vehicles, but she will make a note; we scheduled the service date. Approximately 10 mins later she called me back, and told me ***** the service manager told her it will now take 2 days for the toe link repair, I asked why they're saying she said they have to take the car apart? I spoke with *************************** who came onto the phone with a really bad attitude and I advised it takes 2 hours to replace a toe link, he said there are other cars ahead of you. Which I understood already, however I advised they can't just keep my car for 2 days for a 2 hour repair. I asked if he would just schedule me a time where it would be the one day. He said NO take your car somewhere else. I spoke with *********************** who like wise had the same attitude as *****, he also advised that this dealership has disclaimers that they can take 2 days for repairs, I cancelled my recall repair, I feel it is in the best interest of your business to be aware of the service you're providing to consumers.

      Drove my F-250, 20 plus miles to get an oil change at their Brighton Ford's ********************* When I arrived at the service counter the non-caring person that waited on me said that I needed an appointment even though in years pass it was in fact a true Quick Lane .. I told him of my long drive and that I was disabled .. He had an expression of and attitude of who cares .. I can schedule you tomorrow .. I decided to schedule for the next day at 10:00 a.m. but when I ask him if they offered any kind of a Disabled Veterans or Senior discount he immediately said no .. I then canceled the appointment and when to Sit ******************* in ********** and they took me right away with a discount with a TRUE Quick Lane .. I purchased my truck at Brighton Ford and had my first oil change there .. I will never buy another vehicle from Brighton or have my service done there .. *********** man that took care of my just didn't care a thing about my hardship .. Sorry you have such people working with you. ****
