      We had trash service with this company. Unfortunately we had 3 sudden deaths in the family within weeks of eachother which causes us to not notice the payment was declined. We called the company once we figured this out to make it right, we were treated rudely & told they would not waive any fees. We decided to cancel due to how we were being treated & were told we still owed $111. We called days after this as we found out our card was still charged. The *** said he would refund us as we did not have trash picked up for about 8 weeks. The 1st rep stated they would not pick up so dont put it out. This was upsetting as we were charged full price plus the fees. They would not consider our situation & refused to help. The second rep stated our trash was canceled. The charge for $111 was charged 9/3/25 than we received a second charge for $84 on 10/2/25. We called again as we were extremely upset that our card was being charged without **************** service was cancelled. We spoke to ****** who was rude at 1st than stated she would cancel our service & the money would be refunded. We had asked to speak to a manger numerous times but we can never get one as they are always out for some reason. We did state we would report this as this is now a huge issue & hurting our family financially. Especially after 3 funerals. This is uncalled for how they treat long time customers. We want a full refund of the $195 that our card was charged even when we were told it would not be than told we'd be refunded. This is now fraud. Attached are the 2 statements of what was charged totallying $195. We have yet to receive a refund & were told by ****** a ****** would reach out on Monday & has not reached out at all.

      ****** was the start of paid services. Paid $40 since we were midseason. Total is $70 every three months Business said they would pick up x2 - 96 gallon trash cans *************** has price and advertisement on their website and ************************** wasnt communicative through emails or on the phone. Business didnt pick up my trash for 5 of the 8 weeks we had their services Business wont pick up trash even though theyre late on pick *** and the trash is out on the curb still. Business manager was hard to get in touch with. I tried for over a week. Business manager had lots of excuses non of which the company was at fault. Business manager hung up the phone on me when I was trying to resolve ***************** manager provided no confirmation of the cancellation of policy like I asked

      This trash company has not picked up my trash for at least 8 different times. I call every single time and get excuses. The last time they said they are going to start taking pictures proving my trash is not out there. I said fine. Still no trash pickup and no pictures because my trash is put out there the night before. They won't come get it. They say next week meaning I have to pay for no service. This is theft. I paid. They delivered no service. I want a refund for the weeks I did not receive service. They can even credit my account for 2 months. Their customer service *** is so rude!!

      This company routinely charged me for services and did not deliver. When I called and left voicemails, they were not returned. It was only when I threatened to file fraud charges through my bank that they returned my calls. I immediately cancelled my service as soon I received a return phone call. Then, I received a bill for the next 3 months of service. When I called to ask about it, I was told not to worry about it and hung up on repeatedly, including by a manager named ****. 10/10 I would like to warn everyone not to use this company.
