            11-24-2022, Thanksgiving. Went in to have dinner with my 11 year old daughter, my mom and my husband. The people at this facility finally sat us after 30 minutes even though we walked in and said we would patiently wait for a table and got on the wait list, we asked if we could order a drink at the bar while we wait and they said yes so we ordered drinks and appetizers while we waited for our table we paid for our drinks and appetizers at the bar with cash and left a tip for the bartender they took us to a table left menus and never came back after 30 minutes…. They didn’t come back at all … my husband had to go to the bar to ask for a water and the bartender gave him a dirty look and then we waited another 10 minutes and no one came to the table so my husband and mother in law and 11 year old walked out … I tried to nicely ask for the manager and a lady with blonde hair said why… I asked again are you the manager? She said no he is…. Then he avoided me for another 5-10 minutes and I left… I can’t even begin to explain to my child how inappropriate tonight’s situations was…
