"Peak 1 charged me, sent me a confirmation number and scheduled a pickup time and then did not show up. When I called, I was told that there was a system glitch and my reservation was not routed (totally can get that) but when I asked what the solution was, they were unable to provide another shuttle/ driver, would not reimburse me for an Uber/ **** and told me to call other shuttle companies/ refused to help." ...
