2 starsI was a member with Umzu for years. I ultimately canceled my membership with them because I saw that they were selling a lot of products to new customers in big sales they had online then for some reason they canceled my order because they said they were out of stock of one out of the three products in my subscription instead of communicating with me and letting me know that they had two of the three and giving me the opportunity to pick another one until they had that original product back in stock. They went ahead and canceled my order when I emailed them to talk about it. They tell me if I want to make another subscription to go ahead. That is unacceptable. That is unprofessional pretty much what they are doing is selling all the product. They have on sale to new customers and then to their customers that have subscriptions. Theyre canceling orders and making up excuses on why they dont have the product keep an eye out for this everyone this is unprofessional and unacceptable. I would not put up with it. As previously mentioned, the items we're out of stock on were *not* available for new customers, nor for the recent sale. We had an unexpected manufacturing delay arise, so we set aside what little we had left of the products we were nearly out of for our customers' subscription renewals -- this was done weeks before you reached out to us -- and we regrettably ran out of our reserves (due to other extant subscription renewals) before your order was placed. To reiterate: neither new customers nor existing customers could purchase the product you wanted to buy unless it was already in the subscription renewal queue when we marked it as out of stock, so your claim that we were selling it during the recent sale (and/or to new customers) is completely untrue. We're a small team, and though we work very hard to minimise products going out of stock, we have multiple manufacturers and rely on logistics-- both factors contribute to unexpected delays; this isn't an excuse, but merely an explanation.
To be *****, despite the disrespectful tone, false accusations, vitriolic insults, and threatening language we received from you, our staff remained courteous, empathetic, and kind at all times, and we were **exceptionally** generous to you on top of it all because we appreciate you. Very few businesses would have shown you the same level of patience or goodwill given the context of your correspondence; we sincerely hope youll consider this in future interactions.Review fromTom L

5 starsI've been with Umzu as a subscriber to several products for 2-3 years and recently became a VIP member. There have been hiccups along with way as they continued to grow and refine their services. Every issue I've had has been handled quickly, professionally, and they have often gone beyond what was necessary. 5 starsI've read what some people said. I've been on redwood for 2 months. My children have had several colds and pneumonia twice, I have not gotten sick at all. Maybe it's just the vitamin c but it works. I'm gonna try the testro x with it on my next order. Also two weeks is not enough. Try it for at least a month.UMZU LLC

4 starsI been with UMZU for at least 3 years or more. Like other companies they are not perfect. No one is. But they have to me improve their services. And I enjoy their products there no bullet proof supplements, and I do my research on all my supplements I buy. my goal is to prevent not cure. And I do enjoy taking with my other supplements with my UMZU supplements. So, I been with UMZU, and I have been please so far with them.UMZU LLC

5 starsI have been using many of UMZU's products for over two years now. Don't believe what others say about issues with customer service being poor. **************** has been nothing but amazing and prompt. Their product is top notch and while it did take a little longer for me to see the benefits, they are there. Everything they state their supplements will do on each product have made an impact on me. Adjustments to my subscriptions has also been really easy once you understand the interface they use on their site. I will agree they could make it more user friendly. Any issues others have had with products, shipping, customer service should be chalked up to user error. 1 starI did a one-time purchase with a company called UMZU. Ever since I've been getting charged monthly; (they saved my debit card information and stored it.) So besides the initial charge of $61.00 they've then charged me monthly for three months they supposedly have a customer service number ************** its a gimmick it re-directs you to the website back to the help center to send an email to ******************************* no one responds or replies and no one I mean no one calls back!.. in total I'm in the hole $180 this is not in no shape or form ok this is straight ROBBERY!! With everything that is going on in the world I cannot afford this!.. I am BEYOND LIVID. Im agreeing with previous rating and copied and pasted because its the same. I just caught on a month earlier by looking at my bank statement. Im only 20 years old havent got a lot of experience with this type of bait and switch scam. l accepted the first order it wasnt helpful to me. So, l wasnt going to order again. I didnt create and acct so there bot rep ******* locate my acct. Like l said they kept my debit card info and did auto deduct. Im a working person l dont have time to wait for a call back even if they gave one. I had to get my Subscription Managment app to cancel this for me. Do yourself a favor dont fool with this placeUMZU LLC

While we do offer both one-time purchase and subscription options for products purchased through our website, we go above and beyond to make clear when a subscription item has been added to the cart and is about to be ordered. In pursuit of our commitment to transparency, these indicators are clear and present throughout the entirety of the ordering process, but we additionally do things such as displaying unambiguous text (immediately above the order submission button) explaining in detail that a subscription is about to be started, outlining the process by which the associated card will be charged for renewals, and addressing that customers can cancel any time between orders to stop future rebills; the order submission button itself also changes to instead say, "Place My Secure Recurring Subscription," in the presence of any subscription items.The customer had placed a subscription order with us on September 06, 2022, for one of our products, set to renew every 30 days, and had two renewal orders for that subscription each 30 days apart per their subscription renewal schedule. The first renewal order was on October 06, 2022, and the second (their final order) was on November 05, 2022. The final order was fulfilled and shipped on November 07, 2022, at 1:18 PM EST, at which time they received our automated Order Shipped email indicating that it was on its way.The first and only time this customer reached out to us along any of our communication channels was when they left us a voicemail on November 08, 2022, at 1:45 PM EST. We cancelled their subscription three minutes later at 1:48 PM EST as we routed their ticket to the right team, though it's true that we had not been available to call them back to let them know that their request had been completed until 3:33 PM EST that same day. We were unable to reach them, so we left them a voicemail and then sent a follow-up email with a screenshot of their cancelled subscription for their records (though the system automatically emails customers when a subscription has been cancelled). Included in that follow-up was the information that their final order had already been shipped and thus regrettably could no longer be cancelled.On November 15, 2022, we received a subscription cancellation request on behalf of the customer from their subscription management app. We replied to that in under 2 hours, letting the customer know that their subscription had been cancelled immediately following their first request on November 08, 2022, once more including a screenshot for their records; the customer never replied to either of these emails.Additionally, though were sorry to hear that the customers experience with our product was not to their liking, they never reached out to us to request our 60-day money-back guarantee (notice of which is present on every page on our website).
