On September 9, 2022, I ordered 3 bottles of SciatiEase from this company. They state that they have a 6 month money back guarantee. I called them after about a month and stated they were not working. They said to complete using them to see if they start working. They still did not work. When I attempted to contact them for a refund, a recording stated that number was no longer in service, ************. I found another number for them on line, ************, and it would not even connect. I paid $177.00 for these items on my Master Card and now I can not reach them for a refund. I am a retired senior citizen. This is not right... They should stand behind their product, as they advertise... Todays date is 1 March 2023.Business response

I purchased the Sciatiease product for sciatic leg pain. The product started giving me severe heartburn and I threw up. I asked for a refund and they said customers usually opt for 50% off. I agreed, then changed my mind the next day and asked for an address to return the product. At this point I kept getting the run around and they refused to give me my full money back even though the claim the following: that they will give 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I need to be able to get my money back and return the product.Business response

After reviewing the account information I can confirm that we indeed issue a 50% partial refund.
What I have done today is issued the remainder of the refunds which will equal a full 100% refund processed.
All we ask is the customer to return any unopened product back to us.

July 2,2022 Purchased this product for my pain with sciatic nerve. Took capsules for 2 weeks then started getting cramps. I e-mailed them 5 times plus a phone call with no response. Has 90 day guarantee, I sent item back request refund on Aug.22 2022 only to find they sent back to me refusing my return. I cannot take this need a refund of $177.00 ************************Customer response
