    I am filing this complaint because All Web Referrals has proven to be one of the most dishonest and deceptive companies I have ever dealt with. On September 28th, 2025, I purchased 20 ******** live-transfer leads. They never delivered a single leadnot oneover the course of 45 days.When they failed to provide the service I paid for, I contacted them and requested a refund. They explicitly promised that I would receive my money back. Two weeks later, nothing. No refund. No follow-up. No accountability.When I reached out again, they suddenly changed their story and hid behind a claim that their contract does not allow refunds. This was after they already admitted they could not deliver what they sold me and after they promised to return my money. Their behavior is not just unprofessionalit is fraudulent.This company lures customers in with false promises, takes their money, fails to deliver services, and then refuses to refund despite their own written assurances. I have solid proof, including messages and emails, showing their lies, contradictions, and broken promises.All Web Referrals operates like a scam, and their deceptive practices are deliberate. They knowingly misled me, refused to honor their commitments, and attempted to hide behind fine print after failing to fulfill their obligations.Desired Resolution:A full refund for the 20 undelivered ******** live-transfer leads. I also ask BBB to investigate their predatory and deceptive business practices so other consumers are not exploited the way I was.

    The client, Mr. ****** ******, refused the delivery of live leads to his designated cell phone. As a result, the lead flow has been paused. We have communicated to the client that our dashboard is undergoing a necessary re-programming process. We require written instruction from the client to reactivate and resume the lead delivery service.

    The best lead distributor for final expense. On my first order before I got to my 10th call i closed 2. They deserve all 5 stars!!

    Fantastic lead vendor, very fair and ethical. Ive purchased from over 25 lead vendors from my time in the industry, and its hard to find the quality, and value that all web referrals produces.

    I am personally closing at or above 30% of hte live call transfer leads from All Web Referrals. This if for final expense leads. Great leads so far. A few issues are i need more of them per day. Also some of their call center agents have an accent since its offshore but with a 2 minute buffer time it still works out well since i can speak to the clients directly and make sure they are ready to buy!
