    Boom Properties manages the unit that we rent in ******* and everything with them is a complete nightmare. They do nothing. The grounds are falling apart, the yards are filled with weeds and branches, they recently started restorative construction on two units that burned (including our carport) and there is now a dumpster on the property with junk strewn all around and all construction has halted. If you call and complain, they lie and ignore everything. We currently have a big hole in our ceiling stemming from the deck above our unit (their responsibility) and they came over weeks ago to check it out and have done NOTHING to begin repairs or remedy this hole. There is water leaking into our apartment whenever there is rain or any precipitation and they are radio silent despite multiple emails and calls. DO NOT get involved with this "business" as they are not conducting any maintenance or repairs, but will always collect one of the highest HOA fees I've seen in any state and fine you very abruptly for ***** things despite our entire property looking like it has been abandoned. This is fraud. Plain and simple.

    First Boom Properties does not manage rented units.  This tenant should be dealing with their Landlord directly or their property manager.  That said, the Board determines the dues and has been working hard to collect enough money for landscaping improvements, which are scheduled for spring/summer 2024.  Regarding the unforeseen and very unfortunate arson that occurred in 2023 not sure how Boom could have prevented that.  We are working with the extremely reputable reconstruction company RE construction for the rebuild.  We understand there is mess associated with such a large project. This review and the comments made seem very unfair and uneducated.  However, again we dont even manage their unit.
