OMG. I wish I had read the reviews before I signed up for VanEd/360 *********** Course. The are HORRIBLE!!!! There is something wrong with their software. Course writing style gets a "C-" at best. I have had better. I took Principles of *********** I course exam 2 times. The first time I did not receive my completion certificate so I contacted the help desk. At first they tried to tell me I needed to take the exam. I told them I did and passed it. Then they said the recording had a white screen and so I did not share my screen properly. So I took the exam again ensuring I share my screen the way they said. I even tested it with my sister, an IT professional, before hand to make sure she could see my screen. Well, once again the VanEd/360 inadequate software said I did not share my screen properly. My sister said that they are probably using overseas entities with unreliable internet and so the easy thing for them to say is it is my side when it is their side. So I take the Finance exam. The first time I took it, 15 minutes into the exam I get a message that I will be logged out of the exam. And yep that is what happened. I called the Help Desk and I was told that it was probably an issue with my internet because if the internet drops it will log me out of the exam. I DID NOT have any issue with my internet. I guarantee 100%. So I get into the exam again. During the exam, the question repeats itself right after I answer it. So I'm wondering is it registering my answer??? So It kept repeating the question. This exam also has questions that you need a calculator to do the math. So how are you supposed to do math problems when you can't have paper or calculator?? DO NOT waste your money. I will be contacting the real estate commission because they have VanEd on the approved list of real estate schools. Help Desk is useless.

They have a page saying 40% discount for active duty, veterans, etc. They will not honor that discount saying they don't offer veteran discounts. They day they are BBB Accredited but don't think they really are. Also i went to sign up for 35% discount and then it changed to 25% at checkout. So they honor no discounts
