    Please don't waste your time! I was given 6 weeks notice to move because the landlord wanted the property for his needy son to live in. I unfortunately found a couple of fictitious listings of rentals through this agency. I messaged, called and emailed **** repeatedly to no avail. In order to set up a tour I waited for weeks assuming he was on vacation or even worse hospitalized! The second listing I was successful in meeting ******* at the property for the tour after many promises but delayed circumstances on her behalf. I submitted the application plus fee in order to rent what turned out to be second fictitious rental. Not only did this experience waste for weeks of the six that I had to find a home but I was also conned out of money. What comes around goes around so may the both of them one day face the same dilemma I am left in. Now that I have to sleep in my car come Sunday afternoon because I have no home to move into as of the 30th!

    Terrible experience renting with this company. Employees are rude and incompetent. Repair requests are left unaddressed and I fear that my security deposit will be taken as a result. Do yourself a favor and work with a different company.I wouldn't trust them to manage a kids toy house.

    Terrible to work with and incompetent! They have had my sons townhome to re-rent for 4 months. They have had over 140 contacts on Zillow and cant seem to get the place rented!
