    I hired *************************** to do a 4 point inspection and they said they are backed by this company. They missed a problem with our electrical panel. We had two electricians tell us it should have been seen at inspection. We had a major issue and had to replace the entire panel and fix a short in the kitchen approximately three weeks after the report was done.

    I used an internachi inspector to inspect my home before purchasing, once I moved into this home I found several major issues the inerachi certified inspector did not call out including, cracks in foundation and walls, a broken hvac system, mold and water under the house were he apparently inspected and the roof was leaking and needing to be replaced! I reached out to internachi because they have a buy back policy within 90 days of purchase if the internachi certified inspector missed major details of the home that would have altered your decision to buy. They responded and said they couldnt help me, I explained even more about what the inspector missed and Im in tears at this point, one of the employees responded with a slap in the face email that pretty much came down to were not helping you and we dont care Im absolutely shell shocked a business acted like this, its extremely unethical to advertise a buy back policy and when someone actually takes you up on it you say sorry your on your own they didnt even offer to refund the inspection cost, literally no help. I would like them to hold up their promise and buy this house back, if thats not an option then I want my money back for the useless inspection I had done by one of their certified inspectors.

    We don't do inspections.  We didn't do your inspection.  You got confused by our logo on your inspector's marketing material.  We are a school.  See www.internachi.edu.  You should contact whomever did your inspection.  We didn't.

    I was under the impression that Internachi was 12 payments of 49$ for the year or 499$/year. They continued to charge monthly fee after the 12 months had expired. I started in October 2021-February 2023. I just canceled with them today and they wouldnt give me my money back (the extra 4 months that I paid). ******************* handles cancellations and she was very unprofessional over the phone and hung up on me. Very poor customer service.

    Your account is not in error.  You paid for 16 months.  You joined in Oct, 21.  This is Feb, 2023.  That is 16 months of membership.  No refund is owed.

    When doing a ****** search for "free home inspection course for veterans" one of the first links is a link from NACHI that states "free home inspection training and certification for veterans". when clicking on the link this site appears ********************************** . I will also attach a saved copy of the page for reference. The page clearly states a free 6 month membership, including all materials for training, and then a free membership upgrade after completion. I contacted them, and was told that the offer was half off of a year membership, which is not even close to the same thing. I am very saddened by this marketing scheme, and if they are offering this service publicly, they should be held to a professional standard of giving what they say they are offering. This false marketing is absolutely destructive, and should not be allowed. NACHI needs to be held to their offerings.

    The way ****** works is that it looks for all pages, not just the ones on our website, but obsolete pages.  ****** can bring up stuff about *********************** being president for example.  So you can't use ****** to look at our archives and then complain that those pages aren't our current offers.
