    I canceled my services with them on July 2024, it says cancelled. Today, I received an email stating that my items have been shipped. I contacted them with this information. They do have a no-return policy, and I understand that, but I did not want this in the first place, and that is why I canceled.

    I elected to use Sunday products and since they advertise a plan for your lawn based on (2) soil tests that I submitted. I have spent over $180 dollars on products which failed to work on my lawn. I requested that they (Sunday) no longer send me any further product and to cease using my credit card for said products. On 8/9/24 Sunday charged my credit card worth of $79 of products after advising them to stop sending me products. I would like I full refund of all products. If they send me a return slip, I will gladly send this last package back.

    Deceptive sales practice. I thought I was renewing my annual fertilizer subscription but instead of was signing up for their monthly subscription for maintenance of my lawn. I do my own lawn maintenance once I realized that I had done the wrong thing. 2 days later. I contacted Sunday asking to have it canceled. No services have been rendered by Sunday or their 3rd party.

    Sunday ********* auto enrolled me in an annual service in 2022 without notifying me in plain, reasonable terms that this was an annual subscription. In ********************************************************************************************* that I was being billed, therefore they charged me without my permission. I requested a cancellation and processed it online. This year they have processed my annual subscription again for 2024 without any notification again. I connected with someone in their customer service who canceled my go-forward subscription and processed a partial refund but refused to issue a refund in full because products had shipped. I would like a full refund as I did not give my permission to charge my card for these products and I previously canceled the subscription service. I would like to further note that their customer service agents are able to reach me via email and the partial refund confirmation was received via email. I also use ****** to sign in, which is the same as my email address on file. This all confirms that they have my email on file but are not using it to inform me that they are getting my subscription prepared and that they will charge my credit card. Additionally, to cancel your subscription online is incredibly difficult. A customer must click "Confirm Cancellation" three times before it is actually canceled. Each time you're brought to a new screen that looks like you've cancelled, but you haven't and you must click again, and again. This is poor business practice and should be more clear.

    My family purchased products from this company for our lawn. They put us on an automatic renewal without our consent so my husband cancelled it. They kept us on the automatic renewal and just charged us $278.78 for products we did not order and are refusing to refund our money. I want a full refund and have told them I am willing to return the product they shipped at full cost to them.

    Sunday Lawn and Garden decided to auto renew my subscription to their service, charging my credit card for $268.58 and delivering goods I never requested or authorized to my door.I was able to secure a refund for most of it, but they are refusing to refund the final $122.50 because that "already shipped".

    Bought lawn care service supplies from them they guarantee products. However made my lawn worse plants the grass seed they sent and its all weeds the dandelions got worse after treating. It did nothing for my yard. Contacted them about that and said it will works. Treated yard again and watered like they recommended but noting. I tried emailing and calling them for last month and a half with no response. Now I cancel membership and now they contact me. Going to cost me much more to get treated.
