    This company saiyibo never shipped my item and charge me twice 34 dollars. I try to contact them but number doesn’t work

    On 9/24/2022 I ****** searched for a specific Ariat shirt. I found what I was looking for on what appeared to be a legitimate site. I received a confirmation email for my purchase that said my item would ship within 48 hours. If I had any questions, there was an email address to contact them. After several days i had not received any shipping info or tracking info so I emailed them. The email was returned as "delivery has failed". They took the $37 out of my account but I never received the product. This past weekend my card that I used for the purchase was fraudulently used in another state for a purchase totaling ******. Luckily my bank caught it and shut off the card. I believe this company took my info and sold it to the highest bidder.

    I did not order from Saiyibo.com Saiyibo.com charged my **** card for $79 on September 9th, 2022. There is no way to reach this company- no phone number in service and no way to email them. When I first called the number listed on saiyabo.com https://www.saiyibo.com/pages/contact I originally got a recording starting off saying something to the effect of "I fell for this scam too...". Today when I called it says the number is no longer in service. The company cannot be contacted, nor do they have social media presence. I have tried to resolve this with Saiyibo directly and have disputed the charge with my credit card company. I would like this to go on record and be noted. This company is fraudulent and cannot be reached. I want my $79 refunded. I am attaching a screen shot of the charge, didn't really want to show my entire statement. What do you need to further show the credit card charge? The phone number on contact us is no longer in service. See attachment.

    Never received the product. Company will not respond back to me about the delivery. Order #*****. I just moved so if they send it now it needs delivered to ********************************************************
