    On Friday June 17, 2022 i bought a book on gardening from a Groweverywhere company.Their infomercial was a bit confusing but I thought to try the book-they kept adding more things to buy which i refused every time.when it look like the end of the infomercial i thought the price for the book was $ 97, but it was not clear, i was expecting to see an order # and a total with tax and shipping but no such page showed.Later on I tried to cancel the transaction thru their email which came back non deliverable.I called my bank right away to see if I could cancel the payment but they couldn' help me because it had not gone thru.The payment(s) went thru on sunday june 19. too late to cancel.I tried the company phone # but with no luck -It always has a constant busy signal. no way to leave a message.All I want is to cancel this order which I have no number for and get my money back- one debit of $97 and one debit of $47 both taken back to back from my bank on June 19, 2022 I also would like to see more transparency in that company.like a legitimate email address to cancel or answer questions, a valid phone number etc.

    The customer *********************** has been refunded in full. There is no record of her reaching out to our company, no messages or emails besides this one stating an issue after the fact.
