I have ordered from Boomba before with success. I went to their website to order again from them, and everything looked as it did before. However, the tracking number that was given to me prompted a ****** login (which I did not do) and did not exist. When one of the two products I ordered arrived, it did not come in a box like the order last year did - it was in a small, unlabeled bag and the item was smashed and creased. I brought this up to Boomba supprort, who claimed they had my order and tracking number. After I pushed, they said that I actually ordered trhough a fraudulent website. Strange, considering again, I had ordered from them before. They offered me a discount code and I asked them how they knew my order and tracking number if it actually wasn't their site that I ordered from. They thanked me for understanding, but did not respond to that question. I tried the discount code and, exactly as I suspected, it was invalid.I am doing a chargeback to receive my money back from my bank, but this is extremely confusing, sketchy, and unsettling.Business Response

I placed an order with Boomba on 7/24/2025 through their website. I paid a total of $185.35. As of today, I have not received the package. I have made attempts to contact the company via live chat, but I have no resolution for helping look for the lost package. This delay and lack of communication is unacceptable. 6/20/25 -order #****** $55.00 + 5.83 tax - contacted customer service on 6/25/25 upon receipt of the product due to irritation of the skin, and the product causing allergy reaction and rashes. - company refuses to provide full refund - they mentioned that there will be a processing fee for return shipment. However, I am NOT returning the product and have cut up and destroy this piece of garbage as requested (I will urge on all social media to not use this product). After numerous back and forth, company still does not provide full refunds- see email attached.Business Response

I made an order for this product after seeing the hype of TikTok my order was purchased via TikTok. I reached out and informed the consumer that my purchase was not received. I provided a front door stamp of video footage showing the package was not delivered, I provided them my phone call w/ a timestamp AND the call log of my complaint informing them my items werent received. The business said they would come to a satisfactory solution if I didnt receive my item in 24 hours. I reached out and informed them and at the time submitted a request for a refund my refund was denied. Instead the consumer is wanting me to SPEND additional money to have the item RESHIPPED by PURCHASING a new item. They informed me once I purchased a new item they would REFUND my previous purchase. I am extremely DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED with this company. I really wanted to try the braless inserts for my engagement photos in hopes that if they turned out good I would purchase again for my wedding. This companys customer service is POOR and UNJUST. I was sent the wrong size for a bra insert and I would like to exchange the UNOPENED insert for the correct size. I bought boombas for myself and my two daughters for my daughter's wedding. As I was watching the tracking each day, I noticed that they were shipping from overseas (which I was not made aware of while ordering) and sat for days overseas waiting to be shipped. At one point, I contacted Boomba to see where they were because the tracking had not moved, and they told me there was a delay, but they were on their way. They finally arrived in ******* and sat in ******** for a couple of days. The day before the wedding I went to CVS to spend over $100 on sticky bras since my Boomba's had not arrived. They arrived 2 days after we left for the wedding. When I returned from the wedding, I contacted them and said that I was returning the package unopened. They have informed me that they can only accept them if the mail package has been opened. I have asked to speak to a manager, and instead, I have just been sent a cookie-cutter response. Also, when I click on their link to estimate shipping time for where I live it takes me to a place to enter a tracking number. It was not until after placing the order that I was informed they would be shipping from another country. I would have considered paying for express shipping if I had known they were coming from another country, but on their website, you can not find where they are shipping fromInitial Complaint

I ordered bra inserts from Boomba. In my order I was supposed to get the color of my choosing. I chose Cocoa, because I am a dark skin woman. You can see from the pic I attached that they sent 2 in the correct shade, one in another, which isn't close to my shade at all. When I inquired, they told me that particular style only comes in beige. I told them that should have been disclosed. I attached another pic showing that it is not when ordering. I don't want the beige one, so I asked for a refund and they refused. I was told if I send a pic of the wrong one cut into fours, they would send me a different style in the color I want. -Date of Transaction: 6/29/24 -Amount: $133.79 -Business Commitment: The business committed to provide a bra insert product that is advertised to be high quality with adhesive that does not come off in comparison to its competitors -Nature of Dispute: I received my order and the products arrived defective. The adhesive was peeling off of the product the day I received it. The company has false advertisement claiming that the adhesive does not come off when in fact it does. I contacted the company and they refused to provide a refund for the defective products sent to me. This company is committing fraud by advertising something that is far from the real product they sell. -The business has refused to resolve the issue. -The advertisements can be found all over their social media page. They advertise adhesive that lasts and does not come off but that is not true as I received their product and the adhesive was coming off the day I received the order. I ordered a sticky bra product in a size F. I went to order more things. Went back to the cart. It was logged as size AA. I changed it to F. Submitted my order. When I saw that what was being sent to me was an AA (clearly some fault in their system) I contacted the company. They refused to accept an exchange siting hygiene issues even though they knew the item was still in transit (they had tracking info). Then, I received the item, sent them a video of me opening the corner of the package to confirm it was their product but that I hadnt touched it, they wouldnt accept a return. Finally they made me pay $25 USD to send the new product. They only sent 2 out of the three items stating they didnt know I wanted all three of the items in the triple threat bundle I ordered. They would only send replacements if I sent them pictures of the cut up items. I sent those. They wouldnt return my money for the missing items OR give me a link for a review to leave on their website. When I went to review them online they blocked me. I am beyond frustrated with the s***** customer service and the theft of my money. They didnt not deliver the product I ordered and are deliberately trying to undermine my truthful reviews, as well as refusing to refund me the difference between the package I bought and what I received.Initial Complaint

I ordered a Boomba product and it does not work as advertised. When I complained they told me to wash it. I said it was new and never worn shouldn't need to be washed. Then they said I must be using it in wrong or in wrong clothing. Ii sent pictures of the shirts I was trying to use in. They are form fitting. I explained that the product sticks to skin but not the clothing. They then said I needed to send a video showing that it doesn't stick to my hand. I again explained it sticks to the skin just not clothing. Then I got duplicate responses and I had to explain the situation over and over until they finally just said I was using them wrong or I needed to use with different clothing. I bought them to wear with specific shirts. If they do not work with these shirts I don't need the product. I asked for a refund and was told no. Clearly the product does not work or I wouldn't be asking for a refund.
