    I am rejecting this response because: Product was of such poor quality that it is obvious the business has false advertised the products and services it claims to provide and does not provide adequate customer service necessary for returns.

    I ordered a holster from the seller on 6/6/2022 for 69.99$ via PayPal. I placed the order and received an email stating the order would be available for pickup in store. Since I live in ***** and the business is in ********, this isnt feasible. I placed another order a few days later and sent an email to the seller to please cancel/refund the original order. No response. I sent an email the same day I made the mistake original order, an email on 7/6/22 and 7/14/22 and as recent as today. ****** reviews show a pattern of customers not receding their orders after being charged for them, or not being able to refund the item, even if they have never received it.
