My key copies were not correct and didn't work. Couldn't get a refund I will never use this company again. I will put an "out of order " sign on the kiosk every time I pass it.Review from David R

Tried minute key for the first time. It cut a key that looked correct, but got home and it did not work. Advised minute key and they refused to refund the cost. Something like sales are final at the point of sale and I somehow had to advise on the spot that the key didn't work. Obviously can't do that with an automated machine. Would not recommend that anyone use minute key.Review from Sarah W

The keys don't work!! I was assured by the ******* employee that refunds are so easy you just need to call. None of the keys worked. I tried to get a refund and was told that I can't because it's been more than 30 days. I had issues with my pregnancy and that is why I couldn't call earlier. I thought I was going to lose the baby. They told me they can give me a coupon so I can make more keys that don't work. What a scam.Review from K. T

I used the kiosk inside of ****** and had no problem. I went back about a year later and used the same kiosk again. I thought (since their business is keys) the keys I was given would work perfectly. My mistake was not trying the keys as soon as I got home. I had family visiting for the Fourth of July and gave them the Minute Keys. None of the 4 keys worked! Contacted customer service and I was informed of all of the fine print: refunds within 30 days coupon code to try it again within 60 days. After that, oh well. I told the representative that information would be good to have posted on the kiosk. Will NOT be using this service again. I do not recommend it for others to use either.Review from W. B

Their machine in ******************* makes faulty keys, ******* told me to contact them for refund. Went on their site, filled a form and no response or even email confirmation. These guys are a big scam. Their kiosks should be thrown in the garbageReview from Edward Z

4 Phone calls, never even got to the technician. 1st call got hung up on, 2nd one they transferred me to a dead line as with the 3rd, the 4th one they told me the technician would call me, which he did... 2 hours later after the fact.Im genuinely disgusted because I never even got the service I needed I ended up calling AAA for a lock out procedure. I wouldnt trust these guys with a 10ft stick just due to the lack of communicationReview from Dennis W

The ************************** has numerous problem with communication and service delivery. After more than 20 hours, it is still impossible to get a technician at my residence to install a new ignition lock cylinder. I have made 50 or more calls the last two days to the **************************(s) in ********, **. I have been told repeatedly that a technician is getting the part(s) and will contact me "soon." Never happened. I'm thinking the ************************** is a con.
