    On 5/30/25 I made a purchase through ************************** the total was $52.90. I thought I was purchasing a small statue like item of tree with roses as the leaves and a mother and baby intertwined as the truck with my sister in law and nephews names engraved (as a Mothers Day present. I received the package on 6/10/25 and I immediately knew something was wrong because the package was small and I could feel that the piece inside was flat. It was basically a piece of plastic with a sticker slapped on it of the image. So on 6/10/25 I immediately wrote the company & expressed my concerns about how what I received was nothing what any of the pictures looked like. they didnt have one single picture on their site that looked like what they sent ***** I asked for a refund because I wouldnt even pay $20 for the thing that they sent me. They wrote back that they were sorry how I felt, offered me a five dollar refund but they wouldnt refund the product due to their return policy then proceeded to showed me a teeny tiny print that the product wasnt raised. YET they dont have one single picture of what the product actually looks like. Their picture show that it has LED lights that could be turned on or off & that it looks like a statue so I responded back if they stand behind their products, why wouldnt they post an actual picture of what the product looks like? I have yet to hear back from them. I also tried to leave an honest review on their site and they wont allow any bad reviews to be posted. once I submitted the review It said that it had to be reviewed by their admin & if they approved it, then they would post it. so other people may fall trap to the same thing that I did & theyre not seeing any bad reviews because theyre only posting and allowing good reviews which is completely wrong. I want them to take down the pictures they have on their site, put honest pictures up of what their things look like,I want my money back & for honest reviews allowed to be left.

    We are writing in response to the dispute filed by the customer regarding her order, which has been marked as Product not as described. We would like to clarify and provide supporting information to demonstrate that the product was accurately described and matched the details provided at the time of purchase.

    The customer received her order and claimed that the product was not what she had purchased. However, we would like to highlight the following: On our product page, we clearly state that the item is made from high-quality clear acrylic with a sturdy 14mm thickness. We also note that the product features flat, vibrant prints with a 3D-like visual effect. These prints are not embossed, textured, or raised, and this is explicitly stated in the product description. The product photos shown include flat plaques to give customer an accurate visual understanding of what she will receive. In this case, the customer ordered the smallest size available, which is 5", and that is why the product may appear small to her this information was clearly presented in the size options.

    Regarding the LED lighting, we offer multiple product types on the same ordering page. The customer purchased a Custom Shaped Acrylic Plaque, which does not include LED lighting. The item she is comparing it to in her photo is a Slim Plaque Light Base, which is a separate product and must be selected specifically.
    Additionally, when customers click on each variant on the product page, the displayed images change to show exactly what is included in that selection. The customer also had the opportunity to preview her item before placing the order.

    To resolve the issue, we proactively offered the customer a new product at a discounted price, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response. Wed be happy to continue supporting customer as soon as she get back to us. We truly value her experience and are here to help whenever she's ready.
    Given all the above facts and transparency provided throughout the purchase process, we respectfully request that this case be resolved in our favor.

    I am rejecting this response because: they are saying the LED product was a different product on their site and that they described this product clearly. My problem is it looks NOTHING like the pictures they provide for the product. I have provided the pictures from their site vs what I actually received. They should have pictures of the actual item and what it looks like if they actually are proud and stand behind their products. Why would you use fake pictures if thats nothing what it looks like? Why would you show a picture of it having LED lights if thats nothing product Im looking at doesnt have LED lights or a base that lights up? They are saying they provide a vibrant picture? Its not even that. Its dull and has a huge scratch runnigg by through the center of the picture so they didnt even try to make it look good s******* me over. I want my money back and I want their pictures to be changed to reflect what the ACTUAL products they are selling looks like so this doesnt happen to other people. Its not right and I should be intitled to refund. They are trying to lead people to believe they are buying something else.

    I have submitted picture files with the item at sale. Firstly the companies customer is pretty much non existent. I got 1 return email after the 1st delivery delay. The delivery date then changed again so I began inquiring because no movement occurred with tracking. 3 weeks later I relieve this in the mail. They charged 52 dollars for a piece of plastic. If you can see in the advertised picture it clearly shows a better overall quality and not plastic. So this is definitely misadvertised majorly and they get away with rip offs like this. I just want my money back. This was a mothers day gift from my autistic child to his mother and here we are 3 weeks later with a plastic piece of garbage thats already smudged by the way. I have called the phone number on their business page ************** only.fpr it to ring twice, get a prompted message saying hold for an associate then immediately goes into a voice mail. I not gotten a return phone call neither. I feel this is a company that is getting away scamming people with subpar product to what's being advertised and also causing a headache for the customer with their lack of communication. I hope reporting this prevents people from getting g duped like me in the future. 0retty bad when my autistic child says wow thats what we got her, thats not the same thing we saw.     I placed an order for what I thought was to be a Beautiful Mother's Day gift. The money was taken from my account, however, I received no email notification or a tracking number. I have several saved correspondence FB text messages, but still no confirmation, and it has been over a week.

    Dear ******************* are writing to formally respond to the recent dispute raised regarding our customer's order.

    After a thorough internal review, we confirm that the order was successfully processed and entered production on time. However, during our routine quality control inspectionan essential part of our workflow to uphold product excellencewe identified that the final product did not meet our quality standards. Rather than send out an item that failed to meet expectations, we proactively initiated a full remake of the order at our own expense to ensure the customer received the quality they deserve.

    Naturally, this added additional time to the fulfillment process. To address the delay and demonstrate goodwill, we offered the customer a partial refund as compensation. Unfortunately, the customer declined this offer and instead insisted on a full refund. Despite having already committed additional production resources, and in the interest of customer satisfaction, we honored the request and issued a full refund for the order. The refund was processed successfully, and the customer was notified via email with full confirmation.

    We strongly believe we acted responsibly and in good faith throughout the process. Our team went above and beyond to correct the issue internally before it could affect the customer, and we absorbed the cost of both the remake and the refund to ensure a positive outcome.

    I bought my 2 girls garden signs off of them. When I got the garden signs the names were right but nothing about garden on the sign. Really looks stupid. Jackies. Thats it. Jackies WHAT. I called them 3 times and left my number. They never returned my calls. I uploaded a picture of the sign and they never responded. I will never ever buy any from ***** again. They dont have the decency to respond to me. I texted them several times also asking them to have the decency to respond to me. I ordered this on 11/19/24. I learned a valuable ****** with this order.

    We are writing to respond to a dispute filed by a customer claiming the product received was unacceptable due to the absence of the word garden on the items.

    Upon reviewing the order details, we found that the customer only entered the names JACKIES and RENEES in the personalization field. The word garden was not included in the personalized information submitted for the order. As shown clearly on our website, customers are instructed to enter the exact custom text they want printed, and we provide both examples and a real-time preview to ensure accuracy before checkout.

    After receiving the order, the customer contacted us to complain that garden was missing. We explained that the product was made exactly as per the submitted order. According to our policy, we cannot offer a refund or return in cases where the item was produced correctly based on the customer's input.

    I received the "towel" and it is a horrible thin material that has gaps in the colors and looks worn. I keep requesting a refund and asking how to return and no one will respond to me.

    Dear ******************* are writing in response to the dispute raised against our customer's order, where the customer claimed that the Beach Towel received was "not as described," stating it was super thin and that the colors appeared fuzzy and messed up.

    The towel in question is accurately described on our website as made from ultra-soft fabric, consisting of 80% polyester and 20% cotton. This blend is commonly used for quick-dry, travel-friendly towels and is intentionally lightweight without compromising softness or quality. The product received by the customer matches this description exactly. Regarding the customers concerns about fuzzy or distorted colorsthis is a misunderstanding. The artwork on the towel includes intentionally soft gradients and textured brushstrokes that are part of the original design. These artistic elements are clearly visible in our product images and are consistent with what the customer received. There is no printing defect or quality issuethe towel reflects the digital mockup and design specifications as advertised.

    We take great care to ensure all our product listings are detailed and transparent, including clear product photos and material descriptions. Our store policy, which is publicly available and agreed to upon purchase, states that we do not offer refunds or returns for subjective dissatisfaction if the product received matches the description. Despite the product meeting all listed specifications, we still extended a partial refund of $10 as a gesture of goodwill, aiming to maintain positive customer relations. We believe this was a fair and reasonable resolution given the circumstances.

    I am rejecting this response because: It absolutely is a low quality useless "towel"  The colors are not a soft gradient, they are garbage.  The sell cheap quality items, make it impossible to return then offer a fraction of what you paid (which even after that you have way overpaid for this product) and that do that to keep a fat profit and hope you will just go away.  I still have the garbage product and they are welcome to send me a return envelope and I will send it back to them for a full refund.

    The item is listed as a custom personalized wood sign. It is a pallet with a printed picture on it. It does not state it is not a 3d sign. I reached out and was told they would not accept a return and refund since it is a "custom" sign. They simply printed my kids names on the picture. They offered me a $5.00 refund out of my $37.90 payment as a "goodwill gesture" however it does state if item is not as described they will issue a refund. Shame on them for putting completely different pictures on their website to mislead people into thinking they are ordering a truly custom true wood sign. Then they are not willing to work with me on any type of resolution however taunt me with a goodwill gesture of a $5.00 refund. I simply just want my money back, surely they can peel this picture off this "wood sign" and reuse it for some other poor customer who makes the mistake of ordering from them thinking they are getting a custom, personal top quality fathers day gift.
