I ordered three items from TreePod in October 2023, and they charged my credit card in full. It is now May 2024 and ***** confirms that the package was never shipped. Like many other customers who have filed complaints against TreePod with BBB, I have emailed the company multiple times asking them to ship my order or refund my money. They have done neither, and have not responded to any communication. I would love the TreePod I ordered. If that is not possible, I would like my money back.Initial Complaint

On 11/27/2023 I purchased a TreePod Lounger and accessories from treepod out of Colorado. Since than I have reached out to the company with 4 to 5 emails and left messages for them to reach back out to me on the status of this order, and when it will be shipped. My credit card has already been charged the full amount and I have yet to hear back anything. I would like to hear from the company to know when they will be shipping my product or if they will even be shipping my product. My order number is TP10140. I have even explained in the emails that if they would communicate with me and let me know when it will be shipped I would be happy. I even checked the website today 1/15/2024 and it still states they will process within 1-4 business days. I understand I ordered during the holidays and that would delay it. Purchased the items on May 1st. Received the package on 2nd. Open the product and realized that a pole of rainfly was broken. Contacted the company on May 27, June 1 and 4th and also left a message on a phone. No reply whatsoever. I just need to replace it. I am very disappointed on their unprofessionalism.Initial Complaint

I ordered a item from them in March 2023 and I have yet to receive it. I have written countless emails to their email address, call them countless times and no response to others. Funded a kickstarted campaign for a treepod and several accessories. This company never shipped anything to me. The loss is over $300. This is a fraudulent company stealing money from consumers. This project was funded over a year ago with promises to deliver goods once manufactured within a few months. The company has not updated anyone since October 2022 and my fear and the fear of the other backers of this project is that the company is just stealing the money they received which is over $200,000. ***************************************************************************************************************************Initial Complaint

This company has yet to deliver on items paid for months ago, coming close to a year ago. They continue to sell on their website, meaning they are either A) failing to deliver to new customers, or B) delivering to new customers, but using funds collected from people who have not gotten their items.They refuse to answer emails, social media posts, or phone calls. We have not heard word from them since Octoboer of 2022, which is over 4 months ago. Even then, the communication was an alert that our products would be arriving soon, which was clearly a lie. They are also not issuing any refunds.At this point, it is fair to say they are acting in anything BUT the best interest of their paying customers. Less than a year from the purchase date my big netting literally started to disintegrate. I wanted a replacement so I called and emailed for months with no response. I just want them to sens me a replacement that's all.
