      I purchased an oil change at grease monkey. They cut my engine cover flap off the area that needs to be folded down to access the oil filter. This cause damage on the underside of my car as a result of it not being covered. The also didn't change my oil filter. I change my own oil every time omitting maybe once a year when I do not have the time. When I changed my oil 3 months post them changing it, it still had the same brand filter I used. I contacted grease monkey to ask which brand oil filter they use. It was a completely different brand, color, etc. I have tried to contact them multiple times through many outlets and have received no response.

      Grease Monkey Boulder was never notified of any issue.

      Our e-mail is on each receipt plus a phone number to respond to with any issues

      there is also a phone number on the reminder sticker that would have been placed in the upper left of the window.

      There is also a copy of the warrantee at the service counter with copies available  that specify that the center be contacted with any service issues.

      None of this has been done. I cannot fix or take care of things that I am not aware of.

      again, the center involved was never contacted directly so I have no record of any communication attempts.
