    Absolutely horrible move-out experience under the new management. I had a phone call on 7/26 to confirm my move-out and also spoke in person with the leasing officer. They clearly agreed that rent would only be charged through 09/26. But after I moved out, they still charged me rent through 10/06 and then flat-out refused to acknowledge the promises they had made to me over the phone, in person, and even over email. This cost me an extra $1,400 that I should never have had to pay. Completely unprofessional, dishonest, and infuriating. I am beyond angry with how I was treated do NOT trust this management team.
