    I was employed for 19 months with *** and initially had very high hopes of growth, personal development, and success with the company. I was able to put aside minor differences in teaching style, work flow, focus and overall aim and trusted that with diligence, focus, and determination all of these things would be overcome. I was hopeful to work for a man that said he shared the same beliefs as me, held the same convictions and supported my devotion to my church and worship team. This facade quickly crumbled. Not only was the work environment hostile and belittling, but he allowed a younger apprentice to continually deface my property, call me names and remark on my sexuality. I was forced to endure a song called "F*** me in the a** 'cause I love *****" on more than one occasion, and was continually harassed my team members and the company owner. I was eventually fired via text message after an out-of-state project, staying and extra day but unable to stay until Sunday for leading worship. I was devastated to have been fired and my life has been forever affected by this owner, his lack of commitment to his word, and the overall impression that working for him has given me. Too much time has passed to file a proper complaint or wrongful termination suit but I pray this review sheds light on how ****** runs his business.

    This is a perfect example of what happens when someone cant take responsibility for their actions.  Less than a month into employment, Cade blew up a 7000$ ***** ******* hmi.  A few weeks following this, ***** obvious disregard for safety almost lost the company one of our biggest contracts and the company had to jump through multiple hoops just to keep the contract.  This alone lost us a ton of time and money while trying to pivot on jobs and keep everyone employeed.  After this debacle, during multiple different training sessions there was equipment on our test bench blow up by Cade not paying attention to what he was doing.  A few more months down the road during a project, the wrong conduits were cut causing the company to spend yet more time and money repairing Cades mess up.  During this entire time Cade was using the company vehicle to do side work and town excavating equipment without even so much as asking permission.  At this point I cant count t how many projects weve had to go back and fix, including lighting falling off the side of a building because of improper installation when it was explained in detail how it was supposed to be installed.  The tens of thousands of dollars this employees costed the company will never be recovered and now hes mad because of his COMPLETELY JUSTIFIED termination.  When you are sent on an out of town job with the clear expectation of staying until completion, but instead decide to leave the other employee without so much as having a conversation with the project manager, thats a problem.  Leaving another employee on a job solely thinking of yourself is selfish and childish.  This coated the company a huge contract that we have yet to recover from.  The MANY instances of this employees outright abuse and disrespect of the company are exactly why he was fired, and his childish review of this outstanding company is yet more proof.  Do not hire this guy.

    The response from *** shows exactly how they operate. I leave an honest review, noting personal convictions and disappointment I having been let go; ****** replies by placing blame, exaggerating claims of my work ethic, and downright lying about my performance and experience. I expected nothing less from this offensive, small minded, two-faced man!

    There were customers that specifically requested this individual NOT be brought on site. That in itself is challenging for a small business. When you cause customers to have this reaction, that's a red flag, but being fair I gave this former employee a chance. Even after costing us tens of thousands of dollars, this former employee was given another chance.This employee caused the company to have a safety stand down meeting over an incident with a safety coordinator with a large customer. We created a company policy BECAUSE of this, that this former employee signed. This policy states that if an employee jeopardizes a contract with a customer through their actions, it will result in termination. Fast forward to the incident in question where this employee was terminated. The policy he signed was for exactly this situation. How much loss to the company is ok before an employee is terminated? This former employee would like you to believe that amount is infinite, that we should have gone out of business for his mistakes. That's not feasible and however unfortunate that is, does not negate the overwhelming amount of documentation we have for the amount of money this former employee costed the **********'s always someone else fault with this guy. Pretty apparent through these reviews that taking responsibility for their actions is out of the question. Instead of trying to find work, we are writing childish reviews online because our feelings got hurt that someone terminated our employment because we violated company policy.From a business standpoint, there isn't a decision we've made as a company that has cost us as much money as hiring this former employee, and I have all the documentation to back this up.

    Please do not forget that this is not a review of me, this is a response to my review of you and your business. You have failed to respond directly to any of my allegations of harassment and discrimination because they are completely true and you cannot refute it. You allowed employees to harass and said nothing, you engaged in it yourself. I mentioned one song in particular, was I not forced to secure that song twice? Completely unbecoming of a follower or business owner. You did not put money into the company, you put money into your race car. You did not dedicate the time to training like you said you would, and yet you blame for the lack of knowledge. You were completely wasteful with company funds, you made us do your bookkeeping for the previous year. On top of all the wastefulness, you tipped your favorite waitress more in three visits than your entire company bonus COMBINED for us three employees. You can say what you like about me but this reviee is about your company and you have failed to reasonably respond to my complaints. I think that will be made clear to anyone who reads this. Thanks again for your time!

    If you were being harassed, the company would have been more than willing to accept a complaint at any time, however there was never one filed. There was also never a mention of harassment in your evaluations either, which is exactly why we have them. Instead, you get fired for your actions at work, and then proceed to exaggerate stories about myself and my company to slander us when you are at fault. No one harassed you and no one was questioning your sexuality. What was most likely general work place joking around is now being called harassment because you lost your job and are now a disgruntled employee.We offer two days a month of training on the company dime as well as provided food during this training all to further your knowledge and development. Instead of trying to learn this material like the rest, you wasted your time on your phone and then tried to cheat your way through the test, only to be frustrated with the company when you were unable to pass said test, and then you were surprised to not get an automatic pass on the test. Again, the company going out of their way to help employees only to be slandered for doing so.Bookkeeping is far from what was done. Sifting through some receipts to organize for the company to send out really isn't a challenging task. We would have thought that it was nice to have a break from strenuous work in the field to spend a day in the office helping the company out with some office tasks. Apologies for trying to be nice and give some easy days of work to do.Back to how much the company had to eat because of this employees mistakes at work... and now he is complaining about how small his bonus was. Seems to correlate here.. So you mean to tell me that when you cost the company 20 thousand dollars in one calendar year, you don't get a big bonus... That seems about right. I would venture to guess that it's a miracle he even got a bonus.This review couldn't be farther from the truth. It's definitely not about my company. It's about a disgruntled employee that was fired for breaching company policy and now he is seeking to drag our name through the mud by creating exaggerated stories and lies.

    More slander, semi-truth, exaggerations, and flat-out lies. More paragraphs of sidestepping and stories. More dodging my actual accusations and reports of mistreatment. Calling me a cheater! Saying I did things I did not. This is who you'll be dealing with when you work with this company. ZERO CLASS. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. ZERO RESPECT!
