We hired Maximum Comfort to service our hot tub in Breckenridge weekly and to change out the water every three to four months. Our contract SPECIFICALLY states to use Bromine, yet the company used Chlorine instead. So, after ONE USE of the hot tub by two people, it had to be drained. A couple months later we come back to the house and the water was green and looked like a swamp even though NO ONE had used the hot tub. They clearly didn't perform the services they were paid to perform and had to change the water a second time in three months. The company told us people were squatting and using the tub without our knowledge. So, we installed a security camera and have never seen anyone attempt to use the tub. Never the less, we asked them to install a locking strap. They installed a wind strap that does not lock and charges us $150 for a strap that costs $18 on Amazon. So we fired them. Now they won't refund our money correctly. They are saying we have to pay $180 a month for 6 months of service plus chemicals. I am fine with the $180 a month but the contract SPECIFICALLY STATES chemicals are included. Rather than refund any money on my card, they charged me another $2073. I have filed a dispute with the credit card company. These people are crooks, they do not perform the services they were hired to do and then they are very difficult to get your money back. DO NOT HIRE THEM. They are terrible.
