    This place has been impossible to work with. We bought a car from them in Dec 2021. It took them SEVEN MONTHS to get the paperwork figured out so I could register my car. I had to set up appointments and go to the *** 4 different times. Through out this time I brought my car back to them 3 times to get fixed for the same ongoing issues. (the lockdown system they installed was not working and lights kept flashing) Finally brought the car to another place to be told Mobility Works incorrectly installed the lock down (noted as aftermarket lift gate). I paid over $1000 to have this lockdown installed by Mobility Works but then had pay another place $661 to fix their mistakes. I attempted to get a hold of a manager to refund my $661.11 bill but unsurprisingly never heard back. I am now in need of a copy of the bill of sale. And of course after contacting them last week and being told I would hear back from the regional manager by Friday I have not heard back. It is now Monday. I want a copy of my bill of sale for my car and I want the $611.11 I paid to fix the faulty wiring installed by Mobility Works.
