    I actually haven't tried the refund yet, but seeing how difficult it is to find the phone number, I believe it will be difficult. My mother is very susceptible to scammers, as they demographic and prey on the elderly. As I had attempted to write in the review, they have changed their website to ************************************ and within the last seven days have added a false credentials section. Ironically (too), on their first website rendition (******), they put a disclaimer which is exactly echoed what the *** requires to disclaim the product. It was so bad and quickly done that they almost copied it word for word.

    I received a package addressed to my maiden name to a very old address that I lived at. I was contacted by ***** to forward the package. I never ordered the product or have ever heard of this company. When I called the number to try to resolve the issue they would not provide me the email address they sent the confirmation to or the last 4 digits of the card that was used to purchase. I felt like they were trying to get information from me. I did not provide any other that the name and address the package was originally sent to. It was a very weird incident and I hope none of my cards have been charged for something I didnt order.

    Ordered 4 bottles of sugar defender product on July 19 from Sugar Defender official website (that offers 60 days, 100% money back guarantee). 30 days after using the product reported back to the company that their product doesnt work, asking for a refund. Per their communication, the company instructed I use the product another 30 days as the first 30 days is not long enough to see the results., they promised to make a note on the account and still honour their 60 days, 100% money guarantee. I reported the same outcome, the product doesnt work, after another 30. The company requested I return, all used and unused/unopened product, which I did (1 unopened bottle, two empty, and one more than half full bottles were sent back). So now they have my money and their requested returned product. This company is a scam offering people a product that doesnt work, they miss lead you by making you keep and use their product for 60 days or longer, so that they dont have to issue a refund. They get away with collecting money for the product that is useless and they know it. Attached PDF is my communication which reflects their dishonesty business practice.

    Saw an ad for Sugar Defender on Face Book. The ad gives you a long story of how their miracle product drops A1c levels in type 2 diabetes patients. I bought $528.90 worth of the product, in good faith, to help my wife and I with our A1c levels. The product was ordered on 6/14/2024 and delivered on roughly 6/18/2014. I and my wife immediately started taking the product upon delivery. On 7/02/2024 I have medical records showing my A1c level at 6.7. On 11/05/2024 I have medical records showing that my A1c was 7.4. As you can see, my A1C actually went up while taking this supposed miracle cure. I called the company phone number on 11/08/2024 and told the customer service *** that the product does not work and i would like a full refund. I was told by the customer *** that the 90 day refund period was over and that they would not refund any money back. Because of the time frame it takes to actually use the product and the time that it takes to secure a doctors appointment and then secure a lab appointment and then get the results back, i feel this 90 day refund police is too short of a reasonable time frame for a refund. I asked the customer *** to talk to a supervisor or corporate phone number at which point the customer *** hung up the phone on me. You can check the recordings on their phone system because at the start of the phone conversation, it said that the conversations were recorded. So now, not only are they denying a refund, their customer service ***s are hanging up on paying customers who want a better explanation about their policies. There is no excuse this! As stated in the phone conversation, I am asking the full refund $528.90

    I Order Sugar Defender to help control my Diabetes and it came with a 90 day Guarantee. Went the 90 days were up the Sugar Defender didn't help, so I call to get my money back. The person said that I should do another 90 days and that the product was better, so I did order another 90 days supply. At the end of of this 90 days the product didn't help so I call for my money back and they said that it was over 90 days and no refund/*** ********

    I purchased Sugar Defender after seeing an ad for it. I was recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I wanted to see if this actually worked and could help me especially since I have a two year old granddaughter that I just love and want to be around for a long time for. I have lost both my father and brother to diabetes. I liked the fact that they had a 100% guarantee no questions asked within 60 days. Well it hasnt even been 30 and this does nothing but raise my sugars. So I sent an email to them requesting to return it. I was met with an email saying I needed to get a Drs note stating that the medicine was not working for me and making me sick. WHY??? No questions asked means exactly that. I told them that I would not be getting that, sent a picture too them of the guarantee that is all over their website and demanded an *** so I could send it back and get a refund. I have had no answer from them. I just want to return it, get a refund and move on with my life. I would never have purchased it since it cost me over $300 as it was if I knew this would happen. They are a scam and I can guarantee what is in those jars isnt even what they claim is in it.

    I return product purchased from the company in full about a month ago. I'll still waiting for my refund. Call their customer service several times to no avail. When ask to speak with a manager, they act like they getting ready to transfer the call then the phone is hanged up on you. I'm tired of dealing with this unprofessionalism.
