On August 19, 2025, Better Business Bureau investigated Prozenith’s business practices. This investigation was prompted by a large number of complaints alleging Prozenith is misrepresenting their product in their advertising and is not honoring their refund policy. Consumers allege they receive turmeric instead of the products they ordered.
According to Colorado Secretary of State, businesses operating in Colorado need to be registered with the Secretary of State. Prozenith does not have a Colorado registration. To verify the Prozenith's current status, please contact the Department at (303) 894-2200 or https://www.coloradosos.gov/.
On August 19, 2025, BBB contacted Prozenith requesting information regarding the consumer’s allegations and their business registration. To date, Prozenith has not responded.

On August 19, 2025, Better Business Bureau contacted Prozenith concerning advertising claims found on its website https://getprozenith.com/. Specifically, BBB asked Prozenith to substantiate or modify the following claims:
- 60-day guarantee
- “GMP” (Good Manufacturing Practices) & “FDA” (Federal Drug Administration)
- 100% Natural Ingredients, GMO Free
- Manufactured in USA
According to BBB’s Code of Advertising, advertisements should be truthful, sincere offers to sell. Advertisers have a responsibility to have substantiation for all claims made and should be able to provide that substantiation upon request. All advertising that may mislead or deceive consumers should be avoided.
Advertisers should only use “satisfaction guarantee,” “money back guarantee,” “free trial offer,” or similar representations in advertising if the seller or manufacturer refunds the full purchase price of the advertised product or service at the consumer's request.
"Made in USA" and similar terms used to describe the origin of a product must be truthful and substantiated. Advertisers can refer to products that are manufactured with foreign components as "Assembled in USA," if the product's principal assembly and last substantial transformation was completed in the U.S.
