    I ordered Brain defender on 10/6/25 and would like to return them for a 100% refund. I never opened any of the bottles. When I looked for instructions to return or contact infor, there was no number to call and all of the emails provided were invalid. I spent over $300 on these and I want my money back as they state on their website that its 60 money back gurarantee

    I purchased the Braindefender supplement on 7/8/2025. A couple good friends of ************* tried Braindefender for just under 60 days hoping to see some kind of results but unfortunately none of us noticed any kind of results from the product. Not even a little bit. I had went ahead & purchased 12 bottles when I ordered it because for one I was very hopeful that this product would work as they had described & and two because of their 100% satisfaction guarantee 60 day money back guarantee. The money back guarantee states that if you are not completely satisfied then all you have to do is call or email them for a no questions asked full refund. So I figured that I was covered if it didn't work. We'll that's not the case at all. I initially called Braindefender at the phone number provided *************) only to be told that I had to email them for refunds. The phone number is only for ordering and checking on the status of your order. So I emailed them at ************************************* & requested a refund. I received no response so I called them back & was told to try again. So I did. Finally received a response & was told that they would expedite my refund because it was taking so long. Well long story short I have been ************ with *****,. She told me that I had requested a refund within the 60-day ********** was eligible for the refund then told me to send the product back to ********************************************* *****. Well that address does not exist & when I told her that she responded with another address of ***************************. *****. That address sounds kinda funny. So I spent $438.00 on a product that doesn't work at all & nothing but a run around for the last almost month & a half trying to get a refund. I even tried calling them again only to be treated harshly & told to follow what I was told in the email. But they couldn't confirm or give me a correct address. I screen recorded all of the infomercial and 60-day guarantee. I was scammed

    I purchased Brain Defender, and I contacted them within their published 60 day return policy. I have exchanged numerous (30+) messages the company. They promised a guaranteed full refund if not 100% satisfied with the results. They confirmed they would send the return and tracking information. They have now stopped replying to my inquiries. What would be my next step to hold them accountable?

    The item is supposed to have a 100% money back guarantee. Within 60 days. They seem to be trying to put me off until the 60 days have passed

    On a Saturday night, I made four orders to this company during and after watching their compelling online advertising. The next morning (Sunday), before 24 hrs had passed, I cancelled the order It should never have been sent. Later, a package arrived that I opened, thinking it was toys I had ordered for my dogs. The package was mailed back to them (in a new P.O. box) at the address provided through online correspondence. Through the tracking number, I know it was received by them, and they admitted through email that they received the package. However, they're giving me the runaround about returning my OVER $800 I paid them. I've sent many emails which have gotten maybe slightly edited automatic responses. The emails imply I'll get my money back, but I never do. When I go to ************************** to try to get a phone number, it appears their website is for sale. It seems the only way I can contact them is through email, and that's getting me nowhere. Please help? I've sent them all the evidence they need to refund my money. Thank you!

    On 07/07/25, I purchased 6 bottles of Brain Defender memory pills. I had no positive results so I returned them via *** on 08/12/25. As of this date, 09/29/25, I have not received my refund of $294.00 I tried contacting them several times but with later emails to them, I didn't even receive any responses. On 09/23/25, I sent them an email (after no responses to my other emails), that if the money wasn't in my account by Fri (09/26/25), I would take further action. They responded to that saying they'd expedite my request. However, today is Monday (after the Friday deadline), and the money still isn't in my account. So I'm taking further action as I stated to them.
