************ is not the owner anymore, ******************************************* bought the business about a year ago. Now, me and my family (Im 18) had been going to this place my entire life for our animals, and ************ was the best, until he sold the clinicWe had to put down our dog, **** who ultimately had cancer, which we found out the day of. ************************** had brought up the fact again to us 2 weeks after he had told us on the phone that *** had a POSSIBLE tumor on her kidney. In the office, he gave us the ultrasound report, and the kidney report said in a nutshell, Both kidneys look fine. I, as one of Avas owners, asked if she has one or no. The Dr. claimed again, its a possibility. I then calmly replied, its a yes or no question. He then said that he didnt respect the way I talked to him. The Dr. left, prepping the medicine for **** and my Dad then gives some criticism to his technician, He cant be acting like an A**hole, or h*** cross the wrong customer. The technician takes our credit card to run us for the euthanize operation. 10 minutes pass and the Vet and technician walks back in with two invoices. He then goes up to my father and says, My technician told me you were very disrespectful to me when I was gone, so therefore I will not be doing the operation. I have refunded you the entire amount and would like you both to leave. We both respond with a, What the Hell?! This vet, which should not be a veterinarian at all, refused to put our dog down, who obviously has cancer at this point, because we hurt his feelings? Absolutely unprofessional and unorthodox. Completely breaking the point of becoming a veterinarian, to help and treat animals with as little pain as possible. I do not recommend going to this clinic if you live in ****** or around the area. This man should never have become a vet, because he clearly only looks at animals for money. I hope this review helps somebody, because ************************** had forever hurt me and my familys heart.
