    On Jan. 10 I solicited Leaf Life Tree Service to remove a ***** in my front yard. They sent an estimate which I agreed to and asked for them to contact utilities to flag gas and power lines as needed in the area. Once the flags were place I asked for a date of service. I emailed back and forth to Leaf Life Tree Service about the date of service as I wanted to be available and we had some other projects and contractors around as well. I was not available when they showed up, I arrived home and the service was completed. My credit card was charged a day later; I have the receipt. I was happy with the service and put it out of my mind until a month later on March 9th a stranger (*********************** of A ***** Man) came to my door claiming that he removed the ***** and demanded to be paid. I contacted Leaf Life Tree Service as I was not told who would be doing the work. They confirmed that this individual was an assistant to the contractor they hire. I asked that they take care of the problem. Today I received a certified letter from this individual demanding payment to hi via his company, A ***** Man, licensed in CO. I reached out again to Leaf Life Tree Service as they should deal with the problem and I should not be involved. I do not want to be contacted by this individual again.

We take all customer complaints seriously and are committed to resolving them in a prompt and satisfactory manner. The contractor was paid promptly and in accordance with the agreed-upon terms. Therefore, the request for payment from *********************** is unwarranted. We understand that it can be concerning for our clients to receive unexpected requests for payment, especially when they believe that they have already fulfilled their financial obligations. We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion caused by this situation. Please be assured that we have taken appropriate steps to address this matter and ensure that our clients are treated fairly and respectfully. We have been in contact with *********************** to resolve this issue and prevent any further miscommunication.

    We value our relationship with our clients and strive to provide excellent service at all times. If **** has any further questions or concerns, we are more than willing to work with them to resolve this matter.
