    Hello All, I would liker to explain about my case i bought ticket ****** to *********** ******** ( round trip) on 10/05/2019 paid $*******. Due to pandemic all flight got canceled i called Royal wings travel agent for refund as i was not travelling, **********. ************** Ph: ************ he told me he can't refund but he issue me credit which i can use until December, 31/2022. On September/4/2022 i went to Royal wings travel agency and i spoke ********* and he told me he is not willing to refund my money. I, ******* explained to ********** about ******** politics fighting among tribes its not safe for me to go there i need my money back. Please help me to get my money back. Note: 1- I attached the copy of my flight booking 2- I attached the copy of amount i paid $ *******.

    we understand you situation that you do not want to travel to ******** for personal reasons however please note the following:

    - all the airlines are flying normally to ******** and do not have any problem with the destination some of the Airlines are flying to ******** on a daily basis.

    -You were traveling on 09 Apr 19 and canceled due to Covid19 which the pandemic ended on the 31 DEC 2021, so we got you another extension to use the credit full credit till 31DEC22.

    -Since the time has passed to request a refund from the Airline as good well from Royal Wings Travel, we can offer you an extension to use the credit till 31 DEC 2023,

    this credit can be used by yourself or any one you know as long as you are present to buy the tickets for them, please note that this is last extension we can do.

       I am curious to know what do you mean by this statement. Are you saying that I have to agree to these terms by 7 calendar days or do I have to have to find someone to buy the tickets by 7 calendar days, or can I wait until December 31, 2023?

    I am rejecting this response because:

     On August/21/2022 I requested refund claim with BBB against Royal Wings Travel agents *********** 

        After filling claim with BBB Royal wings got back to me and we communicated they told me they will solve the problem after sometime they email me they are two option to take the first one  I can use the voucher until December 2023 or I have to bring someone who can  buy my ticket to go ********. I Fanueil am working with a new  company they are not approving a vaccination for me so I cant fly back to my country. 

      I worked on second option but not able to find any person who can buy and ********* ticket. 

      My financial position is really bad at this time I would like to request refund my money as soon as possible. 

       I  attached a email the one I sent to ********* on November 7/2022 but I dont get any respond back till today also I call ********* money time finally he call me back today around **** and threaten me using unprofessional using word saying am not returning your money do whatever you want to do please help me to  refund my money.  I believe he is not providing a quality services to the clients cheating them.

     

       I am westing my time back on forth emails and am stress to out a lot.
