      I would like to file a complaint against a business. Unfortunately the business I am making a complaint against doesn't populate in the search bar. I am trying to get my vehicle out of a tow lot. I had made an appointment for 4/30/2025 to pick it up. I called asking for directions and the they guy who answered name is *** wouldn't give me directions to the office and told me i have to wait by the lake for them to squeeze me in. The address i was given was Denver Commercial Services ************ **********************************************************. The name on the sign that we could fine is Global Storage Denver ************ same address. *** also got upset because I didn't have the money for yesterday to get my car or a ride. I spoke to **** yesterday who was very nice and helpful and he told me I could come 4/30/25. Looking up either companies I listed you don't find them in a ****** search. I was also told by this tow lot they only accept cash after I was told by Location Services who works with this lot that tow fee and storage fee was included in the total amount after paying my redemption fee when my car got towed. I had to pay an additional $115 to get my car out. They are secretive and very sketchy. After 45 minutes of waiting I called again. They sent me to voicemail, and then sent a text saying they will call me. I sent back "Ok. Is there a time frame on when you will be able to squeeze me in. I had paid the redemption fee and have the money for today. I need my car soon so I can go pick my son up from school that gets out in a couple hours." I also had to call the ********* police to find out if the tow lot had the right to with hold my car from me even though had an appointment made from the day before. Only after I was on the phone with the police did they give me a call to come get my car.
