    Don't go to these guys! For a virtual service, they charge WAY more than they should. They should be cheaper than the brick and mortar but they are not. They charge MORE if you have insurance but if the insurance denies the service or call it "deductible", YOU end up paying the inflated price. If you gain some debt, doesn't take more than a couple of appointments, they will cancel any future appointments and won't refill prescriptions unless they get their money. They "claim" to care about their patients but in reality,... they don't. They only care about is profits! They will let someone be suicidal or have major psychotic episodes if they don't get paid! No doc should be this way. I have called them a few times about making payments. I even managed to pay off some earlier appointments. But once the insurance denies paying for the service, they don't care about your particular financial hardships. I was planning on starting payments this month and told them this. They said that they would "note" it and send to their payment department but, a couple of weeks after the call, they sent my balance to collections. They simply did not care! Now they ain't getting anything anymore. I refuse to use them ever again. And I decided to write this to inform people about the lack and care about the company!
