  I had Parts Town come and cable my main line. It was fine inexpensive and I needed the kitchen line ran too. He couldnt get it after 10 feet later that day another guy come out to camera of the line for my sewer. That was fine. He couldnt get the cable to go through the kitchen also Said I asked him to go through the clean out in the basement. It wouldnt work he says so he gave me a quote of $2800 to replace the pipe from the basement up into the kitchen. Next day. I had car sewer come out and cable my kitchen. It took him 20 minutes and the job was done Runs great Mr. Rooter Parts Town our crooks along with a lot of drain companies because I used to work for him and I no longer do.

  mr. ***** and there employees came to my property and dropped a rubber ball down my clean out and which was supposed to be a clean up and now there are not taking responsibility for there act and are telling me its going to cost ***** dollars to dig my yard up and redo the scope of work . the guy who did it was in his 20 and lied about what he did. They are the worst company. the manger or boss hung up om me as well .

  1/5 Stars - AVOID MR. ********************** AT ALL COSTS!I'm still fuming after my horrific experience with Mr. *********************** I feel they took advantage of me, left me with a 300$ bill and the clogged sewer line that I started with.Their "expert" diagnosed a blockage and quoted me a whopping $4,500 for a spot repair. Here's the kicker - they claimed it was impossible to remove the roots without excavating my front yard! I knew something was off, so I sought a second opinion.And to add insult to injury, they had the nerve to charge me $300 for their "services" - services that didn't even fix my problem! I'm still dealing with the aftermath of their incompetence.The next plumber I called cleared the blockage with ease, without any excavation or extra costs. It turns out Mr. ************************ "solution" was nothing but a scam to drain my ********* NOT, I repeat, DO NOT trust Mr. ********************** with your plumbing needs. They're a predatory company that preys on vulnerable customers. Take your business (and your hard-earned money) elsewhere!

  We had an outside blockage in the front of our yard tended to the week of August 13th, 2024 and upon asking for ************************ for our insurance company, they only provided us with an invoice breakdown of the services provided last month. We have called numerous times since as our insurance needs the photos without ********** Rooter had no troubles taking $13,000 from us to fix the trouble, yet they are hindering in our ability to obtain our money back from our insurance claim.

  DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY! Waste my whole day just to come in and tell me they cant snake my drains very unprofessional people they send 2 young kids that they didnt know what they were doing .no stars for this company. I call Colorado sewer service they come in and snake the drains and open up in just a few minutes.

  We had an amazing experience. Thank you ****** for keeping our huge project on track and working with our insurance company. ****** helped ** in so many ways and was always responsive to our calls and our texts. Without ****** I don't think this would have been accomplished with our insurance who was avoiding our emails and calls.

  had these guys come out and check my backup in the basement floor drain and shower drain, not only those issue, but the pressure from the back up also blew out the wax ring from the basement toilet! The tech was having problems with snaking the main line and suggested a camera look. I agreed because i've had these done before and believe that in the intervening time, the problem had gotten worse. I was right in that a part of the line had shifted significantly. They came out and instead of tearing up my whole yard, they dug a trench 8 x 9 x 3, pulled the broken pipe, replaced it, and installed a liner from the house to the city trunk. I was extremely pleased with the service and pricing, and will use these guys again if needed!!

  I was charged $2500 to replace a piece of pipe. I asked for an itemized bill but they refused. They said a manager would call me but he never did. I believe I was charged excessively. There is no reason why I could not see what I paid for. They were very rude to me and scammed me. What are they hiding??? I am a single mom with not a lot of money. I will never use them again and will let people know if they use Rootertown you'll be scammed. Disgraceful! Shame on you Rootertown!
