    I seen there website one day. Showing they will give me a free backpack all I had to do was pay for shipping. After I had got my backpack I noticed a mo they charge was starting to get taken out my account when I have never agreed to any sort of subscription at all! I have tried to get into contact with these people multiple times and have yet to hear from them. Exactly $200.00 has been withdrawn from my account from these people! Wish they would just make it right!

    I ordered a backpack for $19.97 back in the fall of 2023 and never received the product. My debit card was charged $19.97 then and has been charged again on 2.11.24. I have never received any product or service from this business. All my attempts to email or call the company have been unsuccessful. I like a refund of all money taken from my account and canceling of whatever service they are charging me for.

    I checked with my bank today & actually the first contact with this company was in May of 2023 when I ordered the backpack. I never received the backpack and the company has charged my account ********* times since last May 2023. I do not closely check my monthly charges so I did not notice this until recently. I'd like all of the money returned to me soon as possible.. ************ is a fraud.

    I paid the shipping (*****) for a free backpack and have been charged ***** for the next three months. I did not subscribe to anything from this company. I want a refund of ***** for the extra three months I was charged.

    Ordered a free backpack and paid for shipping. I did not choose to enter a subscription of any kind. Now I have a charge for $19.97 to my bank. My subscription must be cancelled and money refunded.

    I ordered a backpack, two pouches and 3 knives on 10/19 the bag was ***** and the knives ***** each and the pouches were supposed to be 2 for ****. I received a receipt for 3**** and ***** which would have been correct. They charged my card the following ***** ***** ***** so overcharged me ***** and will not answer the phone or respond again to email. I believe they are scamming people and some just dont notice the extra charge. I want a refund and will ***** return the pouches if they pay the shipping. On their site they say they take returns but you send back the items, there is no tracking. Scam again I am sure.
