On 3/24/23 I received a refund request approval for an item that didnt fit me that I sent back after trying on. I printed the label paid for postage myself to send the item back. I followed all instructions & never got a confirmation that my item was revived or refund sent. After this I emailed the company 3 times with no response whatsoever to any of my emails. They now have the item back & my ********** out shipping costs on top of everything else. Ive never had such horrible customer service from a company with such high prices on their items. Ordered two suits for a total of $530. The first suit that they sent me was far too small. The second suit I was told by customer service was out of stock. So I requested a refund of which I was told would be processed, and it wasnt. They shipped me the suit two days later and when I tried to return it, I was told by customer service that there was nothing they were going to do about it. I have several emails back-and-forth from customer service acknowledging that the mistake was on their end and when I contacted the fulfillment center to initiate the return, I was told that theres nothing they were going to do about it. And they have since stopped responding to my emails and Im left with two suits that are unwearable and one suit that should never have even come to me. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********. This in regards to Oder #****. I had issues uploading the email correspondence with the gentleman who worked in the fulfillment and returns **** (I tried to include them all together). He was the one who basically told me they wouldn't do anything about it. Note in the first series of emails I was told the suit was out of stock and in response, I requested a refund. The refund was never processed.

I ordered a suit from Viossi for $306.34 on 1/26/22. I received it on 2/2/22. It did not fit, and after taking it to a tailor to see if it could be altered to fit, I exchanged it, paying for return shipping out of pocket. I shipped it back on 2/10/22. By 2/22/22 I hadnt heard anything, so I reached out to the company, and they sent the replacement, which I received on 3/8/22. This suit also did not fit, so after discussing options with a Viossi representative, I decided to return it for a refund. I was informed there would be a 20% restocking fee. The package was received on 3/18/22. It they never acknowledged it or refunded me. I reached out on 4/3/22 and I was notified that theyd received the return on 4/15/22 and that I would be refunded in 5-7 business days. I was never refunded. I then went back and forth with them several times and they continued to insist they had refunded me, despite the money never showing up on my credit card. I told them if they didnt remedy it, I would report it to the BBB, but they maintain that I was refunded.Business Response

I tried to respond to the message I was sent with a potential solution from the business with instructions on how to reach me, as they asked me to send my banking information and your form said not to include sensitive information. Just now I got an email saying the complaint had been resolved, but I dont know if that message even got to them or if they will actually contact me. Date of Transaction was 9/27/22 The purchases consisted of two suits with 2 different order numbers. The total amount was #**** being $280.90 and #**** being $265.31. Viossi committed to selling their customers custom quality suits. This is not the case, they require the buyer to email their height, waist size and in seam length. I provided this information and yet they sent me an unhemmed suit that was not even close to the measurements provided. I also had purchased the wrong suit at first and immediately contacted the company to cancel the order. Someone from the company responded the following day and told me that the suit had already shipped, yet I had no tracking information at this time. I then received tracking for the suit some says later which leaves me to believe that the suit I wanted to cancel had not shipped at the time they insisted. I had purchased the correct suit immediately after realizing I bought the wrong one. So I had now purchased two suits from this company. Upon receiving the suits, I found that they were both the wrong size and absolutely terrible quality with unhemmed pants. They do not state on their website anywbere that their products are rough cut and you will have to bring then to a tailor yourself to get them hemmed. I emailed the company requesting to return both suits. They gave further instructions and the told me they will be keeping a 20% restock fee as a result of sending them back. This is unacceptable, I truly believe that the company Viossi purposely sells customers suits that they know will be returned ultimately resulting in them keeping the 20% restock fee and therefore still making money. Their customer service is also horrible. I had to reach out several times about the issues and yet no one would respond for days. I still have all of the emails between the company and I as well. Per checking your orders #**** and #****, they were processed and shipped accordingly.
As I can see in each order there height and weight information was provided by you: height - 5.7 and weight - 175. If you try to use our calculator for such weight the best size is US40/EU50 but according to our records you received US42/EU52 which is bigger than the actual size which was suggested by calculator.The pants usually for most of the suits are coming unheeded and it is totally normal thing in the suit industry because some customers do like the pants to be long some like it to be short and some customers can be short/long. That's why the pants are coming unhemmed.
When you placed your orders you accepted our shipping, return and terms of service policies. I do understand you very well regarding the restocking fee but our agents were following the policy which was build based on our experience.
In the suit industry we must charge a re-stocking fee as this fee is helping us to recover the costs because in 95% cases when the suit is returned , we can't just sell because we will need to dry cleaning, prepare it and it all requires time and costs there behind there.

On November 6, 2022, I place an order for a white tuxedo and on November 14 a wrong item was delivered which I rejected and sent four emails to the seller explain that the order delivered was the wrong item and wanted my refund. Three days later the seller responded by sending me a return request form which I did. On the November 19, 2022, he approved the return request, and I mailed the item to him and provided him with the tracking number. The item was delivered to him on November 28, 2022.
