      We ordered ur product and ordered the extra 3 bottles . Now they have changed us 3 times $79 and we did not authorize that and we didnt even get the product for being charged. I would like my money back please. We didnt sign up for auto delivery so no need for this. So please return my money asap. Thank you

      I have charges on my credit card that are recurring each month for *****.There is an initial charge of ***** charged to my Chase ****** for items that were returned. I never received a credit.Then this recurring charge of ***** started in August and I have still not received the credit for returned items.I cannot get a phone number for this ** and their website looks like they are a scam. They only provide a chat bot which never **nnects you to customer service.

      I did NOT complete the checkout process. I did NOT want 6 bottles of Mounje Pure. Yet i recieved the bottles and with no email confirmation ever sent and no info on the package slip to contact for return or refund!

      10/06/2024. I ordered a book for $67.00 called OPERATION BLACKOUT from Patriots Promise.. When the confirmation came in an email, they charged my credit card $346.00. They had added an ***** for $279.00 to my order. I called immediately ************* and spoke with Lexi. She was able to cancel sending me the ***** but could not cancel the $279.00 charge to my credit card. She said the credit to my card would appear in 7-10 days. It's been 19 days and still no credit to my account. On the email they sent me it says for instant support email: ************************ or call **************.

      Returned order and was refunded $30 less than product items totaled. Spoke with the manager, they claim it was for shipping charges not shown on the order confirmation and that it is stated on their website, however I do not see any such claim on their website.

      s a free item for sale whereby consumers only must pay for shipping and handling. To get this free offer, the consumers must watch a series of videos and up-sale offers which are added to their order. Once the item is ordered, consumers are billed for additional items they did not order. The consumers attempt to contact customer service for a refund but are told there are no refunds and/or they will be charged to return the items.

      Description of complaint:On 03/02/2024 I went to buy a flag for $4.95. I was scammed. They charged me $8.90, then two charges of $24.50 and another two charges of $32.90 each charge within a second of the other charge. I contacted PayPal prepaid. The card was stopped.       On November 2, 2023, I placed an order for a "Free" coin, only having to pay $5.95 for shipping. There was a slew of up-sales and videos that I had to go through, and I declined each offer. I then receive an email from them, with an order summary, and there were 3 other items on the list, and a billing total of $64.35 and $5.95.When I looked at my bank account, there was a $5.95 charge as well as a $93.35 RECURRING charge, set up through PayPal. I have been trading email with the company, and they are refusing to refund the amount because they show a tracking number that was "delivered." I work from home, and all the services knock on the door when dropping a package. This was at 3:23pm on November 8, 2023. I received NOTHING. There seems to be a LOT of this exact complaint already on the BBB website. I just want my $93.35 and $5.95 refunded. It's that simple.
