    I ordered this product on March 20, 2025 based off of an advertisement I saw on ********* It was purported to lower blood sugar in diabetics. It promised a full refund within 60 days. I have been taking it for several weeks without any change in my blood sugar. The number that I have for them does not work. I sent an email to them and have not heard back from them.

    I have type 2 diabetes. I purchased 2 bottles of their supplement for lowering my blood sugar as their website videos claimed. The cost was $140. It comes with a 60 day money back guarantee with no questions asked. I have tried multiple times to contact the company with no response. I called the number and it is no longer in service. I feel now that I've been scammed. I would like to get my money back as it a guarantee and I acted far within the 60 days of the product being shipped. The product did not work as promised on their website and videos.

    I am a 70 year old man with type 2 diabetes. Im retired and live at home. I purchased 6 bottles of a supplement for lowering my blood sugar. The cost was $300. It comes with a 60 day money back guarantee no questions asked. *** tried multiple times to contact the company with no response. Called a number, no longer in service. I feel now that Ive been scammed . Id like to get my money back as the guarantee was a big part of my decision to purchase. The product did not help me as they said it would.

    9/17/2023 purchase date 9/19/2023 ship date of 30 day quantity of GlucoProven. Requested refund at GlucoProven.com under the 60 day money back guarantee with no response. Sent email to ************************************ with no response. Phone number on the packing slip is not a working number.

    In April of this year I purchasd a product called Gluco Freeze. I startedusing it but de ided to checkit out with my doctor and was advised not to take it. 6n4/19 I returned all the product including the one I had apened to try it with a letter requesting a refund, I sent a follow-up letter on June 2nd, but have not heard a word from them. **** tracking shows it was delivered to them on May 1st.

    I order this product on 4/7/23 with the hopes of helping me control my blood glucose. Unfortunately, after about one week of taking it consistently, I notice NO change. I emailed the company with my disappointment and did not hear back. I continued to take it, hoping that my blood sugar levels would change. Still NO difference. I emailed again, requesting a refund based on the 60 day money back guaranteed. Still NO response.

    I'm 79 and my body's joints and system doesn't work so well. I was impressed with the 100% money back Guarantee offered by Gluco Shield Pro (trademark) When in March 2023. I had taken 6 weeks of the product. I wrote to contact @ gluco shield pro.com. I was told they were closing my ticket; moreover they no longer would recognize my emails . I would have to get a new email as the old one (that I have had for 12 years was defunct for them). I reminded them that I had not had a response to their "Guarantee" and they couldn't just blow me off. Then I read all the complaints against this firm and wanted to cry. Had I known in advance, I would not invested in the placebo producing non-health product. Surely their guarantee is a false business practice. Refund again is my demand. My second email is **************************** Help me please. ************. **************

    I bought 12 bottles of Gluco Freeze., and I received the product. However, after checking with my doctor, I was advised NOT to take it because of the prescription drugs I am taking and my medical condition. On 4/21/2023, I sent an email to Gluco Freeze at ********************************** but never got an answer. I tried calling the phone number listed on the Packing Slip for ***************** which is ***********. I dialed the number without the 0 and got a recording that it was "a non-working number". I then dialed the number with the 0 and got the same message -- "a non-working number". Then on 4/24/2023, I sent another email to **************** Email at ************************************ about not being able to take Gluco Freeze and that I needed to return the 12 bottles for a refund. THEY HAVE NEVER RESPONDED TO EITHER OF MY EMAILS. The phone number listed on the Packing Slip is a non-working number! I want to file a complaint about Gluco Freeze not answering my emails and telling me how to return my order for a refund. I also want to file a complaint about their listing a phone number of the Packing Slip that is a non-working number..
