In May/June, I purchased Ozentril to try it out for pain. After receiving item and reading ingredients, I could not take the medication due to renal failure. I sent the product back, and have not gotten one but, two fake checks supposedly from ***************. Yes, two different checks from two different states. When I reach out to the company about the fraudulent checks, I get the run around, and now my calls aren't being answered. When I did speak with someone, I get the same story about how they don't know how I got fake checks. The product was $120, which is nothing to them, but a lot on a fixed income. My next step will be the ************************ and the ** in each state they are committing fraud. Yes. States the checks came from two different states. This is unfortunate complain are NOT held responsible for their actions. Too bad they get away with these issues.

    To Whom It May Concern,
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We appreciate the opportunity to respond to the complaint submitted by Ms. ***** *******.

Ms. ******* requested a refund for a returned order of Ozentril originally placed on May 14, 2024. In response, our company issued two refund checks in the amount of $119.95, the first on November 30, 2024, and the second on March 3, 2025, after the customer reported issues with the first check.

We are sorry to hear that Ms. ******* was unable to cash either check. Please know that both were issued and mailed in good faith from our standard processing locations. At no point were fraudulent checks sent, and we have no record of any bank rejecting these or any previously issued checks as counterfeit.

We have attempted to contact Ms. ******* by phone on four occasions to request her permission to issue a **** Money Order as an alternative refund method.Unfortunately, we have not yet been successful in reaching her directly.
We are committed to resolving this matter and will promptly reissue the refund in the form of a **** Money Order upon confirmation from Ms. ******* that this is acceptable.

    Sincerely,
    Customer Service

This is in response to the case number stated above. I would like to continue with the case. The matter has not been resolved. The company ( All Health Labs) stated they tried to contact Ms. ******* a few times, which is not true since the phone number they have is her daughter's. They have not contacted anyone at that number. If the company want to issue a money that would be fine since it is still a refund.

Also the two checks that were sent ARE fraudulent, you knew they would not be cashed ANYWHERE that's why they never got official feedback since no one would touch them.

If you ****** map all addresses on the checks they come up as the Goodwill and other nonsense that's supposed to be a bank. Check for yourself.

The matter is NOT resolved until a refund is issued.

Thank you for all your help ******.M

I went to the ** today but, they told me since they did not cash the check , they can't write a statement. Don't know how but, MY research , the *** in ** is listed as a Goodwill and the return address a private home. The check from **, is some kind of high rise *** looking building, and return address is a private residence . Not to mention *** spelled their own logo wrong. What is my next step. I'm not giving up!

Order# ******* received by ***********************, 12 ***********, Cabot, AR ***** on 1/22/24. ***************** passed away on 2/16/24. The unused product was returned to All Health Labs with RMA# *******8815311541 and they received it on 3/11/24. (I am ***********************, *****'s daughter and executor of her estate). I called the company on 4/9/24 and was told a refund would be issued in the amount of $201.45 and the refund process was started on 3/14/24 and would take 4-6 weeks to receive the refund. I called again on 4/30/24 and was told the only thing the rep ****** could do was send an email inquiring about the refund. He stated that he could not see that a refund had been issued and there was nothing he could do to assist. I emailed the company on 5/9/24 and again on 5/13/24. They have never responded to the emails. I called again on 5/20/24 and spoke again with ****. He would not let me speak to a supervisor and said there was nothing he could do except put in a request for someone to call me back and the request would take 4-6 weeks to process. He told me I was more than welcome to seek outside sources to resolve their lack of response.
