I have been going to this Salon for 9 years and this last experience I had will not have me returning unless changes are made. I got my nails done by *** 1 week and 3 days ago (2/25), new set, acrylic, and 2 of my nails popped off while doing a simple non-stressful task such as pulling my sweats up. After this I noticed I had multiple nails starting to come up and that I did not have a smooth top coat on all of my nails. So I made an appointment, came in the next day, was asked basically if I was doing anything crazy to make the nails pop off, got the two fixed, rebase, and a new top coat, charged $35. Leave to pick my child up from daycare and notice on the way that yet again my top coat is not smooth and proper. Head back to the salon only to be told they have a no refund policy (which is not posted on a sign anywhere in clear view but in small print on the sign in sheet that even the young girl going back and forth me couldnt find) and that I can either let her fix the top coat or she can cut off the nails if I get my money back. Which wouldnt have even been everything I paid for, I guarantee she wouldve only gave me $35 instead of that plus the cost of the new set. Finally she says it wont take long and she can fix the top coat, which she did.on most. I still have 2 nails that have bubbles on them and not a smooth finish, and was accused of messing up one of the nails during the process. I highly suggest you dont even think about a no refund policy until your nail techs learn how to do their job and do it correctly THE FIRST TIME. Not the second, or the third, or even the fourth if your customers have all day to spend there. And noticed my pedicure is wrong as well, with the same issues as my nails. I would like a refund for all the services that I have had in this most recent interaction. They were not done correctly the first time, nor could they be corrected.
